Assignment Brief and Guidance
You’re working as a HR Administrator for your chosen company (the students
will be advised to choose different companies). The company plans to
implement Digital Business Transformation, in which the company stresses
the mission to acquire more outstanding talents with a good understanding of
the company’s market and Digital Transformation.
In the first phase, your team has already proposed a Talent acquisition plan. In
this second phase, you’re required to propose a HR plan to maximize the
Digital Business Transformation outcomes. Accordingly, you will advise the
Board of Management how to coach qualified human resources, and motivate
employees to participate in this plan.
The proposal should cover the following:
(1) Re-introduction of Digital Business Transformation plan
(2) An analysis of key internal and external factors affecting the preparation
of human resources to support this DX plan.
(3) The proposal of motivation plans (including learning, rewarding plans)
to engage employees in this plan.
(4) Critically evaluate key factors affecting HRM preparation for DX plan to
make valid recommendations to improve sustainable organizational
performance.
