Q1. WHAT IS THE BUY TO SELL OFFER?
The “Buy To Sell” offer is a real estate investment/trading platform pioneered by the PWAN Group where a
fraction of a large piece of real estate (usually an expanse of land) is offered for acquisition/purchase, and
purchasers hold the purchased real estate for a minimum period of 12 months for resale to earn 40% profit or
return on investment. The ROI is guaranteed at the point of purchase with a post‐dated cheque for the
purchase amount and the accruing ROI in the name of the purchaser/agreed payee. A purchaser can elect to
liquidate at the end of the trading cycle or retain the property subject to terms and conditions

Q6. WHAT DO I GET AFTER PAYMENT?

Q7. CAN I DECIDE TO KEEP MY PLOT/PROPERTY?
Yes, subject to the condition that the subscription you shall notify us in writing or via email to inquire if the
option is available and/or applicable at the time of request. However, the company reserves the right to
decline the client's offer to retain the property in whole or in part, and shall not be liable to you or any person
by reason of that declination.
Q8. CAN I PAY CASH TO YOUR AGENT?
We strongly advise that cash payments should only be made to PWAN HOMES LTD’s Capital Project Accounts
to wit: 0471473056‐ GTB CAPITAL PROJECT; 1015738159 ‐ ZENITH PWAN HOMES LTD (CAPITAL PROJECT).
Otherwise, cheque(s)/bank drafts should be issued in favour of PWAN HOMES LTD. We shall not accept any
responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of a deviation from the above instruction
Q9. IS PWAN HOMES LTD AML/CFT COMPLIANT?
Yes. We are registered with the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering.
I hereby confirm that I am satisfied with and willing to be bound by the above stated terms & Conditions of this
transaction.

*If subscriber is a company or business name, two directors or the proprietor(s) respectively must sign the
subscription form and attach Form C07 & Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Business Name Registration.
For a company, the name must end with LTD, while for a Business Name, the purchaser is the Proprietor trading in
the name & style of the business name e.g. Mr PWAN ABC (trading in the name & style of Cedarwood Estates). A
company must also attach a board resolution authorizing the purchase. Where the subscriber is a private or public
company, a resolution authorizing the investment/purchase must be attached.
