    1. What led you to choose your major or field of study?
    My family and friends inspired and motivated me to be on this field.
    2. How would you describe your ideal job after graduation?
    I think, I would describe my dream job to be a stress-free one, and something that
    would allow me to upgrade my skills and capabilities in order for me to teach and
    motivate learners
    3. How did you plan to achieve your career goals?
    By being motivated and focused, I will surely achieve my goals in this chosen
    career of mine.
    4. Describe the skills you have that qualify you in your current job.
    Being a 21st century teacher, one important skill that you must possess is the
    capability of using or integrating technology in teaching. It’s a must have skill for
    teachers and those who aim to become a teacher just like me.
    5. What are the things would be most important to you in your job?
    In this current situation that we are facing, I think one important thing that I
    should take care of is my mental and physical health. As to my profession as a
    teacher, I would say it’s the safety of my learners and colleagues.
    6. What's the biggest project that you completed or you're working on currently?
    I am not sure if this answer of mine counts, but with the advent of COVID 19, I
    was advised to spearhead the creation of our own e-learning resource platform in
    school.
    7. Describe a situation in which you worked as part of a team. What role did you take on?
    As I have mentioned earlier, I was asked to spearhead a project wherein together
    with my colleagues, we were working on the development of localized e-LR
    platform in order to have an easier access with modules, activity sheets and other
    school related documents.
    8. What are some of the big challenges you or your team encountered in completing the
    project?
    Collecting data or documents is a real challenge in order for us to complete this
    project. But as of now, we were working on it.
    9. What did you or team do to overcome those challenges?
    Proper coordination and communication is really a key to have a successful
    outcome. Also, we asked for the help of some experts to give us tips in order for
    us to improve this project of ours.
    10. Describe a contribution you have made to a project on which you worked.
    I am tasked to design or make the cover-page or shall I say official logo of our e-
    LR platform.
    11. What would be your advice to students (like me) taking up IT related courses?
    Be always curious and interested in learning new things.
