DAY 1: DELHI TO MANALI (Overnight journey)

Start a drive from Delhi towards a beautiful hill station Manali. .Flaunting its
flowery meadows, gorgeous streams, dense forests, magnificent mountains,
Manali lies between the spectacular Dhauladhar ranges and the PirPanjal
slopes. Brimming with temples, museums, trekking trails, villages, market
places, and eateries, this quaint hill station offers a rustic charm, which can be

DAY 2: REACH MANALI

After Reach & checkin to the rooms,proceed for half day local sight seeing, visit
Hadimba Devi Temple locally known as Dhungari Temple, also known variously
as the Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple This historical Hindu temple in a serene
setting backdropped by mountains is accessible by foot., Vashisht Hot Water
Springs Beat the cold of Manali and spend some time in this enchanting hot
water springs, Van Vihar, Tibetan Monastery This monastery is quite famous
for weaving unique and colorful carpets. Most of the local people contribute to
the handmade art and craft that is sold through the monasteries. & Club

DAY 3: MANALI TO KEYLONG

Keylong is a little hamlet, in the Lahaul and Spiti district in the Indian state
of Himachal Pradesh, which has witnessed a major economic growth since it
became an overnight halt point for buses traveling between Himachal
Pradesh and Ladakh. Keylong is located close to Kardang monastery, one of
the largest and most important monasteries in Lahaul district, belonging to
the Drupka sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Other monasteries located in
proximity to Keylong include Shasur and Tyaul. The annual Ladakh festival
takes place every year in July on a big scale.stay at keylong.

DAY 4: KEYLONG TO LEH

You can continue your journey fromKeylong /Jispa to Leh on road while
enjoying the eternally beautiful scenery moving along with you. Also, there are
lots of hotels and tents in this area which can give you rest and rejuvenation so
that you conserve your energy to explore Leh once you reach your destination.

DAY 5: LEH LOCAL

It’s your fifth day day and you are finally at your destination, Leh, after
travelling so long. There are so many things to do in Leh, and lots of places

to visit in Leh city – you’d perhaps want to get to it without wasting a
moment. But just a minute – do you know what to see in Leh? Here’s a

DAY 6: NUBRA & KHARDUNGLA

Start your day early with breakfast and leave early for Nubra valley. You should definitely stop
at K2 also called as Khurdungla pass which is famous for being the world’s highest motorable
road. Visit Hunder village and diskitgompa in nubra Enjoy the evening with camel ride and
desert safari. Check in to the camp and enjoy the beauty of nature in Nubra valley. Retire back to
your camp and enjoy the delicacies of dinner and night stay..

DAY 7: PANGONG

The Pangong Tso Lake would seem almost out of a Fairy-tale picture postcard.
Naturally, it should be in your list when you visit Leh. The beauty and serenity
of this place is beyond words – a deep sense of contentment would surely flood
your soul enriching you with positive vibes .If you have been to Leh and have not
visited Pangong lake then it is a real shame. Start off from Leh early in the morning after
breakfast and start driving/riding on the Leh – Manali highway till you reach the town of Karu.
Road is in good condition and journey is fast paced, due to this you will be in Karu in less than
an hour. Karu – Chang La From Karu you need to take the left turn that would take you to the
village Shakti, roads are mostly straight till you cross Shakti and a few kilometer thereafter the
real ascent for Chang La starts. For most part ascent is steep and initially roads are in good
condition. As you approach the final few kms of the ascent to Chang La, road conditions start
to deteriorate and steepness increase, making the affair of reaching the summit of Chang La
more challenging and memorable. The second highest pass in ladakh that you will come

across. Once you reach the summit, you will be greeted by the Indian Army troops who are
stationed here to acclimatize to high altitude, before they are posted in world’s highest
battlefield, Siachen. There is a temple on top of Chang La pass, called Chang La Baba
kaMandir, as well as a cabin built by the army where you can warm up yourself while chatting
with the soldiers. Chang La – Tanksey. After a few minutes rest, its time to begin the descent
from Chang La, road is in bad condition for few kilometers, beyond which superbly laid tarmac
coupled with beautiful scenery awaits you ..Overnight stay near pangong lake.

DAY 8: PANGONG TO LEH

After having a Unforgettable expeience of panhong lake ,Return to Leh.An


overnight stay at Leh, mostly known as the camping site for the Lehtravellers,
is preferred for the beautiful view it offers of the Himalayan ranges.Whether it is
the Hemis Monastery with the tall Buddha statue or the many stupas made of gold and silver
with Tibetan thangkas, there is a common thread of tranquillity running through them. Visit the
Thiksey Monastery, the largest in Ladakh, to admire its traditional Tibetan architecture. Come
evening, spend some more peaceful moments at the Shanti Stupa, and head back to the town for

DAY 9: LEH -KARGIL

After breakfast,Start a drive towards Srinagar via kargil.We all know the
historical importance of Kargil, but this town near the Indus River can provide
you with lots of entertainment and beautiful views too. After that you can visit
Dras war memorial.Phuktal monastery,Rangdum monastery,Munshi aziz bhat
museum ETC. after that overnight stay at Kargil.

DAY 10: KARGIL TO SRINAGAR

After breakfast proceed toward Srinagar .crossing the Zoji-la Pass (11,500-ft. /
3,505 m) to reach Sonamarg from where it’s a smooth 2-hour drive to Srinagar
through the beautiful Kashmir countryside. Arrive hotel in Srinagar for dinner
and overnight.

DAY 11: Srinagar to Sonmarg

After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed toward Sonmarg after
reching there you can visit Nilagrad river,yusmarg,Vishansar lake Thajiwas

hotel overnight stay there.

DAY 12: Sonmarg to Gulmarg

After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed toward gulmarg.after reaching
there you can visit Gulmarg Gondola,Skiing Gulmarg,Alpather lake,Gulmarg
biospehere reserve,strawberry valley,Gulmarg golf course after that overnight
stay there and enjoy the vibe.

DAY 13: Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After breakfast checkout from hotel and proceed toward Pahalgam and then you
can visit Chandanwari,Betaab valley,Aru valley,Baisaran,lidder river ,Kolahoi

Payment policy:
 
 For Package conformation you need to deposit 50% of the total package cost as first token
 30% amount will be deposited in company account for hotel confirmation
 20% of the total package cost to be deposited in the bank account before their arrival.
 If payment is made through company's direct payment link by Credit Card, an additional surcharge of
2.5% will be charged over the NET payable amount.
 
Important note:
 
 Package can be altered/changed as per the customer’s requirement/interest if possible (subject to
availability). Changes in the planned package will be charged directly from the guest
 We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth
execution of tours.
 We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of Package, cabs or buses due to / Natural
Calamities bad weather & are not liable for it.
 Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancellation or any other reason will be chargeable. The
service of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the

Amendments/cancellations:
 
 20% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher
 30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date
 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date
 100% cancellation before 10 days of the travels date
 Non Refundable at Peak season time 15 April – 15 July / 10 Dec – 20 Jan or Any long weekend and
Gazetted Holidays.
 Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like:
Illness, personal problems death, accident or No-Show.
 Also note that all cancellations must be interacted in writing
 
Hotel policy:
 
 Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule
 No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide or any
destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel
 No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strike, road blocks or any other
factor beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

2. The hotel rooms / categories are subject to availability and due to which price could differ as per
current room availability.
3. The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category will be
provided.
4. The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
5. Additional services purchased, has to be settled with the service provider directly.
6. All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions at the destination.
7. Package rates are not valid during long weekends, festive period, peak period and blackout dates.
8. Shopping would be on your own arrangements.
9. All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
10. Supplement charges applicable for long weekends and festive season.
11. We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package without any prior
notice.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature howsoever arising under or out of or in relation to this
Agreement (including its interpretation) between the Parties, and so notified in writing by either Party to the other

Party (the "Dispute") shall, in the first instance, be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the
conciliation procedure.
The Parties agree to use their best efforts for resolving all Disputes arising under or in respect of this Agreement
promptly; equitably and in good faith, and further agree to provide each 'other with reasonable access during
normal business hours.

CONCILIATION

In the event of any Dispute between the Parties, 'either Party. may call upon such other person- as the Parties
may mutually- agree upon. (the "conciliator)..to 'mediate and assist the.. Parties' in arriving - at an .amicable
settlement thereof.

Arbitration

Any Dispute which is not resolved amicably by conciliation, shall be finally decided by reference to arbitration,
Such arbitration shall beheld in accordance. with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Centre for Alternative
Dispute Resolution, New Delhi (the "Rules"), or such other rules as may be mutually agreed by the Parties, and
shall be subject to the provisions of the Arbitration Act. The venue of such arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the
language or arbitration proceedings shall be English.
The arbitrators shall make a reasoned award (the "Award"). Any Award made in any arbitration held pursuant
shall be final arid binding on the Parties as from the date it is made, and the Contractor.
