PRE-LESSON (8 minutes)
1. Ask students what they did last weekend.
2. Teacher tells students what she did last weekend.
3. Teacher plays a video about “Types of Hobbies”
4. Ask students to pay attention to the hobbies mentioned in the video.
5. Teacher asks students to list verbally hobbies they get from the videos.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT (44 minutes)
1. Teacher shares today’s learning objectives and success criteria to the students.
2. Teacher shares Powerpoint slides on the screen for today’s lesson, “My Hobbies”
3. Teacher explains the types of hobbies and some examples.
4. Teacher gives instructions for the next activity.
- Click on the “Google Form” link that I have posted in the chat
- Listen to the audio about “Claire Edwards; All About Me!” attentively.
- Choose the correct words in the “Google Form”
- The audio will be played twice.
- Do not forget to click on the submit button after you have answered all questions.
5. Teacher gives extra two minutes for students to check their answers.
6. Teacher discusses the answers for the listening task with the students.
7. Teacher shares the screen with the questions that the students need for the next activity.
8. Teacher gives instructions for the next activity called ”Ask Your Partner”.
- Get into breakout rooms with your partners.
- Within 3 minutes, you can ask each other about your favorite hobbies and why.
- Make sure you ask your partners about the questions the teacher shares on the screen.
9. After 3 minutes, the teacher picks partners or lets them volunteer and tell the whole class what
they get from the discussion.
10. Teacher makes sure each pair has the opportunity to talk.

POST-LESSON (8 minutes)
1. Teacher shares screen of “Wheels of Names”.
2. Chosen students need to recap today’s lesson and the moral value that they have learn that day.
3. Teacher ends the lesson.
