Important work
1.Must check the compressor oil when assembling the compressor, and refill it if necessary.
2.Shall smear compressor oil on the nuts for oil pipes when refitting the pipe lines.
3.Eliminate any air left in every device and pipe after the pipes are connected and before filling
any gas.
4.Shall slowly discharge the gas to avoid engine oil is sprayed out when removing the pipe
lines.
5.Shall refill the gas in the method as required by the different gas suppliers while do the
refilling.
6.Shall check for any gas leakage after refilling.
Connections of coolant pipes:
Shall be especially careful when removing any O ring of the pipes and hose as they are very
easy to be damaged.
Do not distort or bend any hose while assembling the pipe lines for coolant.
Must use O rings to seal the coolant pipe line joints, and tighten up at required torques with two
spanners.
ATTENTION:Refer to the items for attention for the coolant pipe line connections.

3) Leakage at the O ring joints

1) If there is coolant leakage around the O
ring joints, shall remove the fittings and
recheck whether the hoses and pipes
have any damage, if no damage found,
replace with a new O ring and reconnect
the hoses.

ATTENTION:Shall not try to stop the leakage

by over-tightening up the nuts with heavy
force, which could damage the O ring and
couldn’t realize excellent sealing effect.

2) An O ring will become deformed due to

life of use and wear. A deformed O ring
cannot be reused, but shall remove it and
replace with a new O ring.

ATTENTION:Shall be very careful not over-

tighten up or distort the aluminum pipe.

2. Use of coolant ( when repair cylinder and high-pressure gas container are available)
(1) Keep it at places unreachable by children.
(2) Keep it away from the sunlight, fire sources and vehicles etc high temperature places.
(3) Keep it not fallen down or collided, and move with care.
(4) Do not put it in fire (so to empty cylinders as well)
(5) Do not heat it up directly or put it in water above 40 ℃ , as this could easily cause pressure
increase and cylinder broken.
(6) Do not shake it violently.
(7) Do not fill the gas with upside down, as if the liquid coolant is absorbed by air compressor,
the air compressor will be damaged.
(8) Must use the hose at low-pressure side for filling. As if open the high-pressure end, the
coolant will flow backward when the air conditioner is started, which will drive the cylinder’s
internal pressure up and cause broken.
3. Filling of coolant
(1) Wear protective goggles when filling. If the coolant enters eye, it will freeze the eye tissue
and cause loss of sight
(2) Filling shall be done at a ventilated place. The coolant emitted will cause hypoxia and
suffocation when the work place is not ventilated.
(3) Do not make the skin be contacted with any coolant, otherwise, it will be easily frostbite.
(4) Fill it at the volume required and be careful not to get air introduced.
4. Connections of pipes attached.
(1) The connections are done by quick couplers. Press the inflation valve for connecting till a
sound of “kachii” is heard.
(2) Connections for the coolant-filling rubber hoses coming out of dual-manifold pressure gauge
are as follow:

Operational Details of Coolant Filling

1. Vacuumization
(1) Please connect the dual-manifold pressure
gauge with coolant-filling rubber hoses and
vacuum pump as listed in above table, then
start vacuumization.
(2) Shall first open the high and low valves of the
pressure gauge when start the vacuumization,
then open the valve (if any) of vacuum pump.
(3) Switch the vacuum pump to ON and
vacuumize for over 20 minutes till the gauged
pressure is confirmed at or close to 760mm
Hg, then close the high and low valves of
pressure gauge, and switch off the vacuum
pump to stop it.
2. Inspection of gas seal
Gauge the line’s pressure 5 minutes later and
pay attention to the pressure gauge’s reading
after the vacuum pump is stopped, and move
to next step only after the reading is confirmed
without change. If the pressure rises (rising speed
is directly related with the level of leakage), shall
vacuumize again after the leakage is repaired.
3. Coolant filling.
(1) Confirm there is no gas leakage, then
connect the yellow inflation pipe in middle
of the pressure gauge with the gas coolant
repair cylinder.
(2) Confirm the nuts on repair cylinder inflation
valve are already tightened. Discharge the
air to let coolant flow into the pipeline, then
do not touch the high and low valves at
pressure gauge side. Use a screwdriver to
press the pressure gauge side gas port for

of high and low pressure gauge is going up
steadily. If it cannot go up steadily, please
confirm whether the rubber hose and
connecting points have any loosening or any
damage of seals, then repair accordingly.
(4) Turn off the high-pressure valve after the
pressure gauge’s reading stops further up,
then start the engine.
(5) Turn the air conditioner to ON, switch
temperature control unit to COOLEST and
turn the air volume to MAXIMUM. Open all
the doors and windows, shift the internal
and external air recycling vents to INERNAL
RECYCLING, then turn the engine rotation
speed to REQUIRED SPEED while at idle
speed.

High pressure pipe high pressure valve while the compressor
is running, otherwise the coolant will flow
backward and easily cause the repair
cylinder broken.
(7) Please fill the air conditioning system with
required volume of coolant. If no requirement is
set on the volume filled, shall observe the high
and low pressure readings of pressure gauge
and the coolant flow condition (transparent,
bubbling or turbid) via check hole to determine
when to stop the filling by estimate.
(8) Shall set below basic conditions if you are
to estimate the volume of coolant filled.
Water temperature of heat radiator:Keep at a
stable state
Rotation speed of engine:Required idle rotation

Windows:Open the all
(9) Estimate the volume of coolant filled
Turn the air conditioner to OFF after the
above filling process is completed and wait
till it recovers to a balanced state. Then,
switch the air conditioner again to ON and
start to make judgment.

Bubbling state. Bubbles come out when gas and liquid coolants are mixed.
Transparent state. It appears as transparent when all the coolant is only in liquid.
Turbid state. A thin milk-white layer appears when oil and coolant is separated.
Bubbling and turbid state. Both bubbles and thin milk-white layer appear when gas coolant is
mixed with oil separated.
ATTENTION:
Above is observation at the check hole. Sometimes, it is difficult to judge the check hole’s
observation for external reasons, so the pressure change (i.e., sharp pressure increase while
excessively filled) at the high-pressure side shall also be inspected and confirmed.
(10) Shall pay full attention to the change of coolant state as observed at the check hole and the
pressure change at high-pressure side when filling the coolant, then refill accordingly.
(11) Shall first turn off the low-pressure valve of pressure gauge after completing the coolant
filling, then turn off the switch (if any) of the quick-coupler and quickly take the quick-coupler
of hose for filling away from the filler port to avoid gas leakage, at the same time, put on the
cap of inflation valve.
4. Inspection of gas coolant leakage.
A minimum pressure of 340Kpa (50Psi) within the air conditioning system will facilitate the leakage
inspection, however, compressed air shall not be inflated into the system, otherwise, the moisture,
dust or other impurities in the air will further burden the drying agent or contaminate the system.
Inspection on coolant leakage could have a couple methods as below:
(1) Inspection by soap liquid.
If the coolant pipe connecting point has considerable leakage, could use a sprayer to spray
soap liquid around the doubted area and check whether its surface has any bubble generated.
This method is simple and convenient, but cannot find out tiny leakage.
(2) Non-selective tester
This type of tester could test out the leakage of each liquid or gas without consideration of
the chemical assays of items tested. It is easy to use, of stable performance and low price
etc advantages, but is also of such disadvantages as difficult to be calibrated, not selective
and low sensitivity etc, so it is used for general leakage point detection but not used for area
inspection.
(3) Halogen leakage tester
With special sensors, it can test out the tiny contents of chemicals with fluorine, chlorine,
bromine, iodine in the air. Its biggest advantage is its high sensitivity and can effectively
reduce any false report. Its minimum testable limit is 5 x 106 for area inspection, and minimum
testable limit is 1.5g/ year (a point of 1.5 gram leakage per year) for point detection.
(4) Special electronic leakage tester
This type of instrument is complicated and expensive. It could test out a specific chemical
compound without being interfered by other substances. For example, a R134a tester has
a very high sensitivity and selectiveness, and it could not only accurately test out leakage
point, but also could tell whether a coolant is R134a or not. However, just because of its
high sensitivity, shall pay attention to any pollution in surrounding environment when using it,
otherwise, it is very easy to cause false report.
(5) Fluorescent dyes
Fluorescent dyes could generate fluorescent light under irradiation of ultraviolet ray, so if this
type of dye is added into refrigeration oil or coolant and if the system has any leakage, the
leakage point could be clearly found out under the irradiation of ultraviolet ray.

15
Air Conditioner and Heating Device Repair Manual for N900 Series of JMC

5. Refrigeration Oil
The lubrication oil used by coolant device is generally called refrigeration oil. Enough lubrication
oil is the prerequisite for a compressor to run normally, and it could ensure the compressor to
run reliably and extend its use life.
(1) Purposes of refrigeration oil:
Lubrication purpose. The compressor is a machine runs at high speed. Its bearings, pistons,
piston rings and connecting rod shaft etc parts surfaces need lubrication to reduce resistance
and wear, so as to extend its use life, reduce its self power consumption and increase
cooling efficiency.
Seal purpose. Vehicle compressor is semi-enclosed type. Its shafts need oil seals to seal
the coolant to avoid leakage. The oil seals could only work well in lubrication oil, otherwise,
they will get dried with crack. At the same time, the lubrication oil on piston rings could also
reduce wear and seal the compressed steam.
Cooling purpose. Friction surfaces in motion will generate high temperature, which needs the
refrigeration oil to cool them down. If the refrigeration oil is not enough, the compressor will
be over-heated with over high output pressure and reduced cooling efficiency, even get the
compressor burned out.
Reduce the compressor’s noise.

(2)Attention items for use of refrigeration oil:

Refrigeration oils of different brands cannot be mixed and used, otherwise will cause quality
uncertainty.
Refrigeration oil is extremely easy to absorb water, so the refrigeration oil cylinder after use
shall be immediately tightened up.
Poor quality refrigeration oil cannot be used.
Refrigeration oil is not refrigerating, but can hinder the heat exchange effect of the heat
exchanger, so only required volume is allowed to be filled and must not use it excessively to
avoid decrease of refrigerating capability.
Discharge of coolant shall be slow to avoid the refrigeration oil and coolant are sprayed out
together.
Shall refill certain amount of refrigeration oil when replacing any part for cooling system.
If coolant is required to filled, shall first fill the refrigeration oil, then fill the coolant.

(3) Refilling of refrigeration oil

Generally, a new air conditioning system needn’t be refilled with extra refrigeration oil, as the
new compressor has enough refrigeration oil (with a volume of 14% ~ 18% of the air conditioning
system’s coolant) necessary for all the system when ex-plant. If the air conditioning system is
repaired for more than two times or is lack of refrigeration oil for other reasons, then after the
system is replaced, the refrigeration oil shall be refilled as per below table:
Part replaced Amount of refrigeration oil required (M1)
Replace with amount of oil discharged out of the old
Compressor
compressor plus 30
Evaporator 40 ~60
Fluid drier 10 ~30
Without oil leakage tracing 10 ~30
Condenser
With oil leakage tracing 40 ~60
Without oil leakage tracing Could not refill
Hose
With oil leakage tracing 60
Without oil leakage tracing Could not refill
System gas leakage
With oil leakage tracing 60
Replace the whole system pipe parts 120 ~ 150

16
Repair Manual for N900 Series of JMC Air Conditioner and Heating Device

(4) Quality inspection of refrigeration oil

Comparison method. Take certain standard refrigeration oil in a test tube as benchmark, then
put the refrigeration oil to be inspected into a test tube of same size for comparison. If the
inspected refrigeration oil is light yellow or orange yellow, then it could still be used, but if it is
already turned into a turbid liquid of light brown, then it cannot be used.
Paper dripping method. Put a drop of coolant to be inspected on a piece of clean white
paper and observe the oil drop color, if its color is light and even, it means it has no impurity
inside and can be used; if the oil drop’s center has black spot, it means the oil quality is
deteriorated and cannot be used anymore.

Replacement of parts:
Shall correctly judge the air conditioner quality and timely change its parts to exert its normal
function. Please seriously understand below correct procedures and methods for parts
replacement.
1. Inspection of vehicle
Shall make urgent treatment if any abnormal is found out of below inspections.
(1) Appearance inspection of vehicle.
Any damage, wear or exposure of vehicle components and vehicle body.
(2) Inspection of engine (while engine is shut off)
Standstill state of components. Any slack, crack, insufficient torque or loose belt.
Damaged or stained state of components. Any damage, wrong position, muddy or oily stain.

3. Items for attention in assembly of air conditioner

Shall pay attention to the followings to ensure safety in assembly of vehicle parts.
(1) Items for attention related with materials
1) Must wear protective goggles when operating with coolants (i.e., open the cooling system).
Once any coolant is splashed into eyes, shall immediately use large amount of eyewash
or clean cold water to wash it and go to hospital for medical cure. Once any coolant is
splashed onto skin, shall immediately use large amount of cold water to wash it and smear
clean Vaseline on the skin, but must not use hands to rub.
2) Repair the system only at a well ventilated place.
3) Must not open the system if there is water pit around or work in outdoor.
4) Must timely put on the cap or tightly pack and seal the cooling system after it is opened, so
to prevent the entrance of damp air or foreign objects.
5) Refrigeration oil shall be tightly capped timely and clearly marked with the refrigeration oil
brand and grade.
6) The dryer must be assembled as the last step while assembling a cooling system. Different
coolants shall use different grades.
7) Repair tools must be clean and dry, and the places for repair and assembly shall be clean
as well.
8) Every soft sealing gasket (gasket ring) must use the rubber material well matching the
coolant used.
9) The connection pipes shall be made of materials special for refrigeration purpose, and the
connection hose suitable for R134a shall be internally lined with nylon.
10) Coolant must be discharged slowly to avoid any refrigeration oil be brought out, and keep
it from being contacted with metals of glossy surface.
11) Coolant shall be stored in an environment below 40°C, and ensured without high fall.
12) Must not handle the coolant in a closed room or close to any fire source. Any component
filled with coolant must not be welded.
13) Coolant must not be filled from the low pressure side, and must not start the compressor
when coolant is filled from the high pressure side.
14) Must not mix and use refrigeration oils of different grades to avoid iMPact to oil quality and
viscosity.
15) Before filling of coolant, shall first fill refrigeration oil for the system.
16) Must not sue evaporated steam to clean the condenser or evaporator, but use only cold
water or compressed air.
(2) Gaps between vehicle parts and air conditioner
Shall check the gaps while assembling the vehicle parts. Do not let them contact with each other
or get too closed by. Shall use insulation materials to separate it with each other.

Gap between fan cover and condenser (or water tank) >5mm
Gap between cooling fan (steel made) and condenser or water tank >15mm
Gap between cooling fan (plastic made) and condenser or water tank >20mm
Gap between cooling fan and cooling fan cover >15mm
Gap between cooling fan and crankshaft and tightening pulley >4mm
Gap between cooling fan and condenser hose >15mm
Gap between brake system and oil suction pipe and surrounding parts >15mm
Gap between air intake and exhaust hoses and surrounding parts
>15mm
(except those with pipe clamps and rubber buffer gasket)
Gap between slack V-belt and cold air hose >20mm

21
Air Conditioner and Heating Device Repair Manual for N900 Series of JMC

Must add a spring gasket when fitting a metal component. Parts assembled on the engine must
be tightened up at required torques. Suspension or shock of each assembly installed is different,
so must not use a hard pipe to connect it.
(3) Cable related items for attention
Must remove the connections of batteries negative poles (or earthed lines) before assembly
of any component, so to avoid any short circuit.
The cables shall be reliably connected and fixed firmly.
Shall add a rubber protection ring (to protect the electrical cable) for any cable through the
vehicle body metal panel.
Shall recover the lines that are removed or moved away during repair.
Electrical cables must be fixed, with plastic tape or their original fasteners, in the vehicle’s
original wiring harnesses.
Shall be careful not to pinch the wiring harness while assembling other parts of the air
conditioner.
Must use the cable of same diameter to the original cable which is to be welded, and well
bind the connecting point with tape.
Any electric cable must not be approached with a moving part or high temperature part (such
as the engine’s exhaust pipe or cylinder block etc), and shall be kept away from the heat
sources for at least 50mm.
Electric cables must be separated from fuel pipes and be kept away from fuel pipes for at
least 100mm.
Carefully check whether the electric cables have any contact with a sharp object or moving part.
(4) Pipe connection related items for attention
As R134a has a stronger permeability than R12, so generally, the system of R134a is connected by
pressed plate type and face sealing of O rings are replaced with radial sealing. However, the compressor,
pressure switches and heat expansion valve etc parts still use the face sealing. Major advantage of radial
sealing is that O ring is uneasy to get dropped off the pipe ends and cause leakage, and at the same time,
the O ring’s diameter is increased also for improved sealing performance.
Comparision of O rings is as follows:
Materials and size comparison of radial seals O rings

(5) Other items for attention

Shall use rag etc things protect the vehicle while repairing the cooling system.
Must not start the engine while the cooling system is not yet filled with coolant.
If to keep the compressor (used) for a long time, shall empty the air inside the compressor
to avoid erosion, then use coolant or dry nitrogen to fill the compressor.
Must carefully check the sealing condition before vacuumization and well handle the leaking point
first. Shall check whether each vehicle part can work normally after the assembly is completed.
Shall check whether the fuel pipe, refrigeration pipe, cooling system and electrical circuit are all in
good conditions, as well check whether the air conditioner performance is good.
(6) Key points for assembly of air conditioner parts
Different models of vehicles are assembled in different ways. Please refer to the manual
attached with vehicle or ask for materials from the supplier for information of detailed assembly
method. The followings are general items for attention.
Installation of tightening pulley.
Shall check the tightening pulley surfaces for installation and remove any rust-inhibition
addictive, dust or damage. Tighten it up with required torque.
Installation of compressor bracket
Check the installation hole of engine side and surfaces for any damage, rust or foreign
object. Install it after cleaning.
Shall use the specified high tensile bolts with spring gaskets to fix it. Each bolt of the
bracket shall be secured with required torque for mounting.
Installation of compressor
Do not remove the protection cap while doing the pipe works, as gas is sealed in the
compressor. Open the protection cap slowly for installation.
Shall well consider the connecting directions of the compressor pipes (suction and
discharge), and fit it with specified bolts at the position determined.
Installation of V belt
Adjust the adjusting bolts of tightening pulley after the V belt is installed properly, or use the
adjusting bolts on the slide arm (of compressor) to adjust. Pay attention to the belt’s tightening
level, gauge it by the specified belt tensiometer and set accordingly by the vehicle model.
Be noted that a new belt has different tensioning force from an old belt when do the inspection
and installation. Generally, for a trapezoid type belt, its tensioning force is 40 ~ 50N at its first
use, then becomes approx 25N after running for some time; a teeth type belt, its tensioning
force is 15 ~ 18N generally, and whistling sound will come out if the force is more than 18N.
Each pulley’s tensioning force shall be set differently by the configuration, assembly and
axle distance.
The tightening pulley’s center bolt, pulley arm and the compressor fixing bolts shall be secured
at required torques. If a belt’s force is lower than the required value, the belt will get slipped
off its track, worn, heated and give out noise etc. If a belt’s tightening force is higher than the
required value, load to its bearings and shafts will be increased which will affect its life.
Installation of condenser fan
Use the specified bolts and tighten them up at required torques.
Installation of condenser
Condenser is a heat exchanger with many delicate and fragile structures and materials
(especially its heat radiating parts), so shall be with enough attention to keep it from falling
down, collision or scrape damage.
Shall consider its pipes and bracket when determining the installation position, and correctly
adjust its front and back, up and down, left and right positions. Shall tighten it up only after its
inlet and outlet pipes are installed.
Installation of fan cover
Check whether it has any interference with the condenser fan, heat radiator pipes and engine
etc for at least twice to ensure safety before next step.
Installation of fluid dryer and filter
Shall pay attention to the positions of IN and OUT. The fluid reservoir shall be fitted behind the
condenser, so the inlet marked with IN of fluid cylinder shall be connected with the condenser outlet
pipe, which if is wrongly connected, the air conditioner will run improperly and get it damaged.
Fix the fluid reservoir at the specified position by slowly tighten up. If the bolts are not tightened
up well, the pipe will be damaged due to vibration.
Do not remove the inlet and outlet caps of fluid reservoir before installing their pipes, so to avoid
water in the air is absorbed by the molecular sieve and get ineffective.

Repair Manual for N900 Series of JMC Air Conditioner and Heating Device

Installation of evaporator
The evaporator is installed underneath the control panel where are concentrated with not a
few parts (such as control lines, control boxes and instruments etc), so shall be careful not
damage these parts during installation.
Shall consider a proper angle for the water discharge pipe so to enable the water
condensed by evaporator could smoothly get out of the vehicle.
The Temperature sensing package of expansion valve could affect the start and close of
expansion valve and its sensitivity etc, so shall be particularly careful to fix the Temperature
sensing package of expansion valve and evaporator outlet pipe with snaps. Insulation
materials shall also be used to separate the Temperature sensing package of expansion
valve from outside air contact.
Different models of temperature sensitive resistor will bring different temperature reactions
and cause frosting and early cut-off etc improperness. Shall use a temperature sensitive
resistor matching the amplifier.
Installation and operational inspection of vehicle air conditioner control units
Shall check and confirm the operational character and operational state of each button,
operation lever and container handle etc after a control unit of vehicle air conditioner is
replaced.
Installation of pipes
Shall keep the cap protections for pipes to be connected, especially the fluid dryer which is
very absorptive to moisture, so shall install it as last step.
Shall smear refrigeration oil on the O rings attached with pipes and shall not damage the O rings.
The inlet and outlet of evaporator and its high-pressure side pipes shall be packed and
bound with heat insulation materials to avoid their heat iMPact to the surroundings.
Installation of electrical connections
Earthed wires shall be firmly connected to the vehicle body metals. Must use protective
rings for any cable through the metal panel, and use protective tubes for cables work in
severe environments. Every plug of the wiring harness shall be properly connected or
turned tightly and kept away from the fuel pipe for at least 100mm.
Do not make the cables drooped, entwined or under friction, but fix them along the vehicle’s
two sides with wiring harness.
4. Adjustments and tests after replacement of parts
(1) Refer to the content afore for inspection
(2) Items for confirmation after parts replacement
After the components are replaced, shall use your eyes to check each of the followings and
confirm accordingly.
All components removed for installation of air conditioner shall all be recovered to their
original positions.
Shall confirm all the components are installed and tightened up without any missed
operation.
Shall confirm there is no leakage of the fuel, engine oil and cooling water, otherwise,
overheating, fire accident or vehicle fault etc might occur.
Shall confirm the vehicle engine could be started well as before.
Shall confirm the belts are of proper tensions.
(3) Adjustments and tests
Adjustment of engine

Repair Manual for N900 Series of JMC Air Conditioner and Heating Device

Correct Use of Air Conditioner

(1) Keep the air conditioner at OFF while the engine is started.
(2) Shall turn off the air conditioner after the engine is shut off, so to save the battery power.
(3) Shall avoid to park the vehicle directly under sunlight. If parking the vehicle for a long time,
temperature inside the vehicle will be too high when shall open the windows and turn on the
fan (i.e., not open the air conditioner, but turn on the fan motor) to drive out the hot air inside,
then close the doors and windows, then switch on the air conditioner.
(4) Adjust the vent air direction toward the human upper body or face, but not toward the head or
knees. If the vent air is too big, shall not blow it directly to any human body.
(5) Shall understand whether the vehicle air conditioner has any idle lifting device if to open the air
conditioner at an idle state; if no, shall increase the engine’s idle rotation speed somehow to
avoid the air conditioner be closed unexpectedly or unreliably.
(6) If it has no idle lifting device, shall turn off the air conditioner when overtaking.
(7) Shall temporarily turn off the compressor when driving on a long upward slope, so to avoid the
water tank over-boiling
(8) If the fan is at low speed when using the air conditioner, shall not turn down the cooling air
temperature control switch too much.
(9) The air conditioner set temperature shall not be too low when driving in a rainy night, and the
blower air volume shall also be tried to set as low as possible.
(10) Shall not adjust the overheating level of expansion valve without authorization, as it is already
preset at time of ex-plant.
(11) Shall frequently clean the condenser (use compressed air or cold water, but not use hot
steam to spray onto it).
(12) Shall turn on the compressor one or two times, approx 10 minutes per time, every month in
winter etc seasons when the air conditioner is not used often, so to avoid any leakage due
to damaged shaft seal of compressor and to avoid any stuck due to no lubrication oil for
rotation shaft. As the air conditioner has low temperature and low pressure protection device,
it might not be able to be started in winter when temperature is very low, in that case, could
connect such protection devices in short-circuit or connect the electro-magnetic clutch of
compressor in short circuit, then recover the electrical connections to their original states after
maintenance.
(13) If any abnormal noise comes out of compressor, fan or exploded pip etc or there is any other
abnormal while running the air conditioner, shall immediately turn off the air conditioner and
timely request related professionals for inspection.
(14) The most comfortable indoor temperature for human body is 5°C~ 7°C different from outside
temperature.
