SWAT TEAM
ORGANIZATION AND EQUIPMENT
POINT MAN – He is the eyes and ears of the team. He is an expert in disarming different types of traps early warning devices lay out by the enemy. He is a light weapons specialist. (Equipped with; SOAR 11, binocular , PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, flash bomb, secondary weapon, SD6, Kevlar, vest, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
DOOR OPENER - He is a heavy weapon specialist. He helps the Breacher and the point man in opening the door for a more rapid assault. Performs additional task a required by the team leader. (Equipped with; SOAR 14,, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
TEAM LEADER – He is responsible for all the team members does or fails to do. He is the brain of the brain of the team, He trains employs and control the team. (Equipped with; SOAR 11,, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
RADIO OPERATOR – He is a commo specialist, the life of the tea. He is the one who communicates with operational base and seek advice, support, and gives situation report in the operational area, Responsible for the outgoing and incoming radio message and informing the team leader about the message. (Equipped with; FERFRANS, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
ASST. TEAM LEADER – He assist the team leader in control and ensures that the assaulting tem is always on alert by conducting constant practice and rehearsals as well as constant equipment check to ensure the state of readiness of the team. Perform other task as the leader may direct. . (Equipped with; BUSHMASTER PNP 11, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
WEAPON SPECIALIST – He is the asst. Demolition specialist and expert in rifles. Responsible in neutralizing special targets or as the team leader may direct. Expert in estimating ranges and capable of quick recognition and identification of enemies. (Equipped with; FERFRANS, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Demo equip, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
DEMOLITIONIST – He is the demolition expert and assumed duties in the process of arming and disarming explosive whenever the need arises. (Equipped with; FERFRANS, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, Demolition equipment, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
BREACHER – He facilities the swift entry of the assault team during operations with his capability in opening different types of doors with his breaching equipment and with his 12 gauge shotgun, he can destroy hinges of doors in lightning movement he also ensures the security of the rear element of the team. (Equipped with; SOAR 11, PAQ 4C, ITT night vision monocular, tear gas, gas mask, secondary weapon, Kevlar, vest, breaching equipment, Icom handled radio w/ voiceducer and medical kit)
