    in life because we are too immersed in busyness. The days are full of stress because
    there are many demands to move quickly. To the extent that we forget to be happy
    again. We forget to love ourselves again.
    The quotes and aphorisms in this book can be a self-reminder that reminds us
    again of important things that we have forgotten in life. When we slow ourselves
    down for a moment and take a break for a while to go back into our minds, then we
    can re-discover the meanings that we have been missing in life.

    Reading this book is very enjoyable and flowing. The sentences are short,
    striking, have a purpose, not just sound, but also soothing. The author managed to
    package all the confusion in a language that is very light and easy to understand.
    Another thing that made me fall in love with The Things You Can See Only When
    You Slow Down is its incredibly beautiful illustrations. Then, the themes taken are
    not far from everyday life.

    This book does not offer completely new ideas. It could even be a few
    sentences or messages that we have read or heard before. Even so, this book brings
