    ADDENDUM

    No. 428 Date. 31.01.2022

    Pursuant to the order No.1 dated 28.01.2022 passed by the Hon’ble


    High Court, Odisha, Cuttack in IA No. 1036 of 2022 arising out of WP (C)
    No.2098 of 2022 filed by Mousumi Mohapatra & Others Vrs State of Odisha &
    Others, the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petition are provisionally allowed
    to submit off-line applications for the post of Teachers in OAVs who were
    under age on 01.01.2021 and subsequently attained the minimum required
    age by the date of advertisement , if otherwise eligible to make applications
    for the posts as per the detailed modalities for inviting application uploaded
    in the OAVS website. Such permission to acceptance of the application shall
    abide by the result of writ petition till 23.02.2022.
    This is applicable only for the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petition.
    They are allowed to deposit the requisite fee as applicable in shape of
    DD drawn in favour of State Project Director, OAVS payable at Bhubaneswar
    along with their application.
