Critical analysis and problem solving; communication skills; and leadership skills.
The strategies are case study, Problem Based Learning and lecture. Both
formative and summative assessments will be used in this course.
The course integrates all communication elements that students have learned
since the earlier semesters. Students will be exposed to the planning and
designing effective communication strategies that are relevant to the customers’
needs and wants. Specifically, designing steps such as identification of
communication problems, situational analysis and developing communication
frameworks will be covered in the course. Students will also be required to
implement and evaluate the communication activities that they have designed.
The approach of the course is more towards discussion and problem-based
learning. This will help students to familiarize themselves with analytical and
critical analysis of communication strategies.

i. KUIZ (10%)
Untuk menguji kefahaman anda, maka kuiz akan diadakan selama 30 minit pada
akhir pertemuan kedua (2) secara ONLINE. Lazimnya soalan kuiz ini adalah
dalam bentuk soalan berstruktur atau pilihan aneka jawapan atau gabungan
kedua-duanya. Setiap kuiz akan menguji kefahaman anda berdasarkan topik-topik
yang telah dipelajari.
1. Laporan analisis mesti bertaip kemas, langkau satu setengah (1.5) baris.
3. Panjang ulasan tidak melebihi EMPAT (4) muka surat tidak termasuk
lampiran.

4. Laporan ini juga perlu dibentangkan pada pertemuan ke EMPAT (4). Setiap
kumpulan diberi masa TIDAK LEBIH 15 minit untuk membentangkan hasil
kajian.

Untuk semester di dalam waktu pendemik covid19 ini, kursus ini dinilai 100%
menggunakan pentaksiran kerja kursus. Untuk menggantikan peperiksaan akhir,
maka satu (1) tugasan berbentuk kajian kes akan dijalankan yang bernilai 40%
daripada keselurusan markah yang dinilai. Kajian kes ini akan dimuat naik ke OL
portal pelajar selepas pertemuan ketiga.
