1.How did you find the music? Do you somehow relate to it?
I find the music in youtube and I’ll relate that in suffering and unhappiness
2.Among the 2 compositions, which did you like the most? Why?
“mutya ng pasig” because this song made realize the suffering and unhappiness of a woman
(the mutya) who's fate led her to lose the love of her life. There are two perspectives in the
song. At the first part, you will hear the narrator or poet. He describes the setting and the
woman in the song. And at the latter part, you will hear the second person, a woman,
describing who she was before and what happened to her life and what she wants now.
4. Based on your perception, what are the significant features and unique characteristics of 20th
Century Traditional Composer?
RHYTHM: Complex, individual rhythms are used, and new rhythms and meters are common
such as polyrhythms and polymeters. MELODY: Melodies are often fragmented, dissonant and
experimental.

we are talking about traditional music, it is the music of the Philippines from the twentieth century

Western Classical music. One of the examples in traditional music is the creation of kundiman. I love
listening 20th century traditional composer because its 20th Century Musics are more Realistic, and
every song they compose have a Deep Meaning or Stories and it is soothing and relaxing and The reason
why I really appreciate the 20th Century Composers because the way to composer their self is feelings
is very powerful, accompanied by strong rhythms and melodies and expressive emotions.

1.How did you find the music? Do you somehow relate to it? I find the music in youtube and the song
‘hanggang sa dulo ng walang hanggang’ the song is familiar because my mother and my father love this
song and divertissement this is my first time to heard that. I think divertissement its for festival I guess
and the second song is for heartbroken.
The first song MELODY = DISJUNCT (disjointedly ragged or jumpy; difficult to sing or play)
DYNAMICS = Accent. "punching" or "leaning into" a note harder to temporarily emphasize it.
And the second song want us to realize that their love has no infinite ending
3. Among the two compositions, which did you like most? Why? I like the most “hanggang sad ulo ng
walang hanggan” the message of the is powerful, and we’ll relate to this song.
4. If you were one of the original composer of the song Hangang Sa Dulo ng Walang
Hanggan, would you allow your compositions to be used as a movie theme song? Why or
Why not? if i am the original composer of the song Hanggang sa dulo ng walang hanggan,i am much
willing to allow my song as a movie theme song because it will makes me proud and it will motivates me
to work hard in music and it only shows how talented the filipinos are
