Daily work schedule for sand blasting\ painting activities @ DSF.

(BLASTING GROUP) check all Equipment prior t starting blasting activities. & advise our QC painting prior
to start blasting & checking all equipment are good condition. See below

1. AIR COMPRESSOR
2. AIR RECIEVER
3. BLASTING MACHINE
4. BLASTING HOSE
5. DEAD MAN HANDLE
6. BLASTING HOOD
7. GARNET GRIT 30\60 MESH
8. Relative humidity (RH)
9. Double Checking all tagging of spool & pipe support & paint system prior to start blasting
10. Once finish blasting all items coordinate to our QC painting & client prior to inspection& air
blowing all pipes spool prior to send at painting group .before apply primer put masking
tape at end to end pipe& welding joint prior for apply primer.
11. Once the spool are finish primer coordinate to our QC for approval for intermediate coat\
top coat.
12. Preparation of all document for OGMR & ISO\ transmittal prior to turn over to shipping
group for shipment.

As per my Supervision & Responsibilities sb\painting activities daily.

1. Supervised sand blasting\ painting group operation for project Specification.


2. Perform assigned task in accordance with client specification procedures and safety
regulation at DSF.
3. Liaise with Quality control department and Approved Quality Control Inspection plan during
the work execution.
4. Verify the Following relative humidity. Dew point temp\ steel temp\metal cleanliness\ air
compressor cleanliness\ wet paint thickness. Paint and abrasive materials. Train blaster
painter personnel fill Quality Control record\paint storage.
5. Attend Schedule weekly project coordination meeting
6. Coordinate with Engineering Department to ensure that correct and latest painting
specification is correctly followed and applied.
7. To ensure that correct tagging for every pipe spool& structural steel painted is properly
restored in placed.
8. To ensure that sufficient paint & sand blasting materials are stored in place and to initiate
materials requisition as required.
9. To ensure that all painting and sandblasting equipment are operational and maintained
properly in daily basis.
10. In charged in coordinating with the shipping group in hauling and transferring of painted
spool from painting area to the lay down area of finish product.
