    Rose 2K Polyurethane Semi-Gloss RS-5645

    Product Description:
    A superior quality 2 pack polyurethane semi-gloss based on polyester polyols and isocyanate resins.
    Fractions with polyester polyol is considered as BASE component and fractions with isocyanate is
    considered as HARDENER component .
    INTERM AND TOPCOAT
    Principal Uses: =70MICRON FOR EACH
    It is recommended as S/G top coat for the exterior and interior surfaces of concretes, plasters.
    COAT
    It is also recommended for the wooden and metallic surfaces. It provides excellent chemical and
    weather resistance to the substrates, good abrasion and impact resistance and alkali resistance .

    Color white or any requested colors.

    Storage
    The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.The product must be kept in a
    cool and well-ventilated place ,protected from heat and direct sunlight.

    Surface Preparation:

    Should be stable , firm, dry and free from laitance,dust and loose flaking materials,loose old
    paints, dirt, grease, wax and any other contaminations.

    Application condition :Humidity and temperature should be max 70% and min 10 deg.cel
    respectively

    Paint System Advice:


    Primer coat 1 coat of epoxy primer ( RS-5756 ) can be applied before the filler coat.

    Filler coat An epoxy filler ( RS-5780) coat can be applied for the wooden and cementous
    surfaces . Normally no filler coat is applied on the metal surfaces unless the
    surface is very uneven.-----NO NEED TO APPLIED FOR METAL SYRFACE

    Top coat 1 - 2 coats of Rose Polyurethane Semi-gloss (RS-5645) can be applied over the
    primer coat or over the putty coat depending upon the substrate natures.

    Specific Tools Used


    Safety Precaution: : Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact
    with skin.
    Incase of skin contact,wash thoroughly with soap
    and water .For eye contact flush plenty of water
    and seek a physian .
    Keep containers tightly closed when not in use .
