Notification
and 33(9) of DCPR-2034. In this regards, dated 08.07.2021 for modification to Reg. 33(7)
Property Redeveloper Associations, NAREDCO various organisations / associations
- Maharashtra,
such as PEATA,
Council, CREDAI- MCHI have made National Real Estate Development
representation
to 06 seeking certain consideration while granting to Hon. M.C. as to referred above at sr. no. 02
the building permissions being considered
the said notification. under
1. The proposals covered under 33(7) & 33(9) of DCPR-2034 will only be considered under
the provisions of said notification for granting the petmission in respect of Fire safety
measures.
2 The proposals under this policy wil only be considered where propasals are converted into
in accordance with modified regulations issued under notification no. TPB-4320/107/CR
72/2020(PART-1)/UD-11, detcd 08.07.2021 on those buildings which are constructed
being constructed above plinth and considering the hardship submitted by the Developer
Architect / LS in respect of staircase width, width of open spaces, number
and width of
abutting roads, etc., as per Reg. 6(b).
3. The proposals for which CFO Has already
issued Fire Safety measures for the buitding
having height less than 70 mtrs. with single staircase of minimum 1.5 mtrs. width, the
maximum height.of the building permitted under this policy
with minimum 9.0 mtrs access road width. shall not be more than 90 mtrs
4. The proposals for which CFO has already issued Fire Safety measures
for the building
having height less than 70 mtrs. with two staircases of minimum 1.5 mtrs.
width, the
maximum height of the building permmitted under this policy shall not more than 120
meters with minimum 9.0 mtrs access road width. be
5. For proposals for which CFO has already issued Fire Safety
measures for the building
having height less than 70 mtrs. & converted under the said policy
and access road has
sanctioned RL of 9.0 m and min road width available on site is 6.0 m,
building shall not be more than 80.00 m with single then the height of
staircase of minimurm 15 m subject to
compliance of other condition of this policy and
a. 9.0m x 9.0m holding space in front of refuge inclusive open
space road width shall
be provided.
b. No compound wall shall be constructed till entire road width

6. The buildings for which the permission under this policy is
granted, the entire
be provided with sprinkler system as per 1S 15105:2002 and provision of firebuilding shall
easily accessible in the building courtyard shall be provided
service inlet
sprinkler system. The fire service inlet shall be provided with for feeding the water to the

7. The capacity of the Underground tank for fire-fighting shall be augmented

9. The Refuge Area shall be provided as per Reg. 48(8) of DCPR-2034.
10. The capacity of the fire pump and the pressure at the top most point of
the building shallbe
as per Reg. 47, Appendix I, Clause 13 Table for Fire Fighting Requirement of DCPR-2034
shall be provided in the building which are covered under this policy.
11. There shall be a standby fire pump driven by diesel engine of equivalent
capacity of Fire
Pump as per NBC 2016, Part 4, Table 7 Minimum 'Réquirements of
Fire Fighting
Installations [Clauses 4.9(a), 4.9(c), 4.9(e), 5.1.1(a), 5.1.1(d), 5.1.2.1, 5.1.3(a),
E-7, H-2(0
and Table 2] shall be provided in the building which are covered under this policy.
12. As per provision of DCPR 2034, Appendix 1, Section 11, Sub-Section
4, Regulation no. 47,
Alternate source of electric supply shall be provided in the building which
under this policy. are covered
13. There shall be additional means of escape provided in the building
48(9) of DCPR-2034 for the buildings covered under this policy.

14. Fire control.room / Fire command center
building shall be provided in the buildingand/
or Building management system room in the
which are covered under this policy as per the
provisions in NBC 2016, part 8, section 5, sub-section 7.1.2(b).

16. All other provisions in respect
of Active Fire Safety Measures shall be provided in the
building as per Reg. 47, Appendix I
of DCPR-2034.
17. This policy will come in force trom
the date of approval.
