Responsibilities:
· Played a critical role in migrating Clients and House flows from FIS based vendor Product Clear vision
to Citi built custom Product Fusion Clear.
· Analyze business requirements, issues and risks and work closely with the operations line, technology
teams and other relevant functions within Citi to define, clarify requirements and propose solutions.
· Refine Product Backlog alongside Operations, working through the priorities based on the Business
needs, Operational Scalability and Production issues.
· Conduct Brainstorming sessions with Operations Users, Business to understand the Market specific
nuances and design the flow in Fusion Clear.
· Determine, verify, and document business requirements (including impact to other business areas).

FLEXCUBE · Handled Projects at a Global level, which had participation from various applications
and to ensure Real time processing is been established.
· Engaged the stakeholders (Operations, Technology and Business) for regular meetings,
status updates on a timely basis and highlighted the risk/issues.
· Assisted the team to improve Online Message Processing speed from 8 to 50 messages
per second.
