• End to end project management starting from project initiation, requirement and scope analysis,
estimation and design, providing solution and coding, testing, deployment for multiple product

• After getting signoff for BRD involved in preparing FSD, SAS, WBS and scheduling of project

As Delivery Engagement Head, of India’s largest PSU bank global IT unit owning all applications for Retail,
Mobile,Infra and responsible for smooth functioning of Internet and Mobile Banking of the bank. Managing a
team of 100+ members across multiple location.
E2E ownership of multiple Enterprise Applications in parallel.

Credit Suisse Assistant Vice President (Techno Manager) Since Dec 2015
As Technical Delivery Program Manager, pioneer strategic platform initiatives using emerging technologies to
solve business problems. Lead a 100+ member IT team. Drive enterprise platform deliveries, collaborating
with QA and BA teams.
E2E ownership of multiple Enterprise Applications in parallel.
Product Owner for 15 + products and applications and Solely responsible from budget approval for

Risk Portal & Security Server Application


Global Tool for user Authorization and Authentication for 57 Market Risk Applications used across all regions
and divisions. Provides a framework for defining, storing and retrieving user permissions to Credit Suisse
applications.
Led multiple enhancements, migrations and performance improvements.
Aura Migration. Successfully migrated 15 applications’ access management to AURA. Resolved Security Server
decommissioning issues. Introduced sync component, enabling security server to work in back end with Aura.
Product Enhancement; Introduced Approval workflow change; enabled Audit trail; reduced L3 issues by 67%.
Performance Improvement. Time to load pages was zeroed down from 15 minutes. Changed Hardware
settings; changed common menu settings and working logic, replaced dynamic with static loading.

PROVE Application
Global Tool used by Top Management to evaluate Credit Suisse products. Provides a governance framework,
comprising valuation models aligned with market conditions, designed to evaluate products with varying risks.
Led multiple development and support projects that included Design of Approval workflow change,
development of 7 new pages; resolve bugs (from 10, reduced to 0 to 2 bugs per month).
IM – PROVE Program. Design, develop and implement enhanced version of PROVE Application.
Architecture transformation; Replaced 3 tier to MVC; ensured loose coupling of components; introduced Linq
database.
Integrated data model with other applications in the backend, enabling automated product evaluation.
Introduced technological changes at UI level using Angular JS, making it more user friendly.
Performance Improvement; introduced UI caching and improved database structure and storage procedure.
Loading time for month end data reduced from ~7 minutes to button click.

MarsNet Application
Global Reporting and Analytics Application, accessed by lakhs of users, both internal and external stakeholders,
across regions.
Addressed major escalation, leading to loading failure of 5 major pages. Did RCA and resolved issue;
collaborated with product owner, other application owners and business users. Enhanced database hierarchy
structure; replaced dynamic loading by static loading. Archived old used data and optimized roundtrips.

Wells Fargo Technology Lead (Brokerage) Dec 2011 – Dec 2015


Part of Brokerage Technology Business. Led a 25 member team. Managed 7 critical live Applications, with
stringent SLAs of 1 hour and high escalation points as data from these applications provided inputs to Bankers
of Wells Fargo, US.
Application Owner
Of the 7 applications, designed 3 Applications from scratch. Designed the Architecture, did scope analysis,
estimation20 and planning. Created WBS, FSD and technical specification. Took ownership of deployment,
testing coordination and UAT.

Supervision Application: A supervisory and compliance surveillance system, used to review and manage risk by
monitoring trade and account activities. Provides a comprehensive overview so the Branch Managers can focus
on warning signals of potential issues.
Regulatory Focus Application: Provides Wells Fargo Advisors with a reserve formula allocation engine and
assists Regulatory Reporting group to comply with the Customer Protection Rule.
Mutual Fund Breakpoint Application: Financial Advisors perform mutual fund breakpoint calculation online
through MFB. It generates exceptions for discrepancies between actual and calculated sales charge percent
charged.

System and Process Improvement Initiatives


Designed and implemented innovative systems & processes, and streamlined existing ones for business and
operational excellence.

Automated Batch Monitoring. All 7 applications involving batch jobs, required manual batch monitoring and
analyses. Created automated script tool; ensured 100% automated batch monitoring. Saved 100 man hours
daily. Significant cost saving. Received Awards and recognition. System was implemented by other teams
across LOBs and standardized across Wells Fargo.
Automated Matrix Reporting. Monthly Activity of Leads to collect and compile data from different sources,
convert to Excel and prepare consolidated PPT presentation for senior management. Automated entire task,
using sharepoint & Microsoft technologies. Saved 640 lead hours monthly across Brokerage LOB. Replicated
by other LOBs and by leads in US.
Resource/Work Allocation & Tracking Tool. Created Sharepoint tool to manage and assign work, monitor
resources and jobs on a single site. Initiated for Brokerage LOB. Ensured resource optimization. Acknowledged
by other LOBs and accepted as standardized toll across Wells Fargo.
