comprising valuation models aligned with market conditions, designed to evaluate products with varying risks.
Led multiple development and support projects that included Design of Approval workflow change,
development of 7 new pages; resolve bugs (from 10, reduced to 0 to 2 bugs per month).
IM – PROVE Program. Design, develop and implement enhanced version of PROVE Application.
Architecture transformation; Replaced 3 tier to MVC; ensured loose coupling of components; introduced Linq
database.
Integrated data model with other applications in the backend, enabling automated product evaluation.
Introduced technological changes at UI level using Angular JS, making it more user friendly.
Performance Improvement; introduced UI caching and improved database structure and storage procedure.
Loading time for month end data reduced from ~7 minutes to button click.
MarsNet Application
Global Reporting and Analytics Application, accessed by lakhs of users, both internal and external stakeholders,
across regions.
Addressed major escalation, leading to loading failure of 5 major pages. Did RCA and resolved issue;
collaborated with product owner, other application owners and business users. Enhanced database hierarchy
structure; replaced dynamic loading by static loading. Archived old used data and optimized roundtrips.
Supervision Application: A supervisory and compliance surveillance system, used to review and manage risk by
monitoring trade and account activities. Provides a comprehensive overview so the Branch Managers can focus
on warning signals of potential issues.
Regulatory Focus Application: Provides Wells Fargo Advisors with a reserve formula allocation engine and
assists Regulatory Reporting group to comply with the Customer Protection Rule.
Mutual Fund Breakpoint Application: Financial Advisors perform mutual fund breakpoint calculation online
through MFB. It generates exceptions for discrepancies between actual and calculated sales charge percent
charged.
Automated Batch Monitoring. All 7 applications involving batch jobs, required manual batch monitoring and
analyses. Created automated script tool; ensured 100% automated batch monitoring. Saved 100 man hours
daily. Significant cost saving. Received Awards and recognition. System was implemented by other teams
across LOBs and standardized across Wells Fargo.
Automated Matrix Reporting. Monthly Activity of Leads to collect and compile data from different sources,
convert to Excel and prepare consolidated PPT presentation for senior management. Automated entire task,
using sharepoint & Microsoft technologies. Saved 640 lead hours monthly across Brokerage LOB. Replicated
by other LOBs and by leads in US.
Resource/Work Allocation & Tracking Tool. Created Sharepoint tool to manage and assign work, monitor
resources and jobs on a single site. Initiated for Brokerage LOB. Ensured resource optimization. Acknowledged
by other LOBs and accepted as standardized toll across Wells Fargo.
