complex projects. Requires a bachelor's degree.
Typically reports to a manager and works under his
supervision. Grade 2 works on advanced, complex
technical projects or business issues requiring state
of the art technical or industry knowledge. May
provide a leadership role for the work group
through knowledge in the area of specialization.
Expected Experience:
Technology Lead - 5 to 7 Years Technology Lead, Senior Technology
Grade-2 Senior Technology Lead - 7 to 9 Years Lead
Grade-3 Project Manager, Senior Project
Project Manager manages and oversees the design Manager
and development of software applications. Directs
the work of engineers to ensure the best practices
around software development. Being in the
position, it requires a bachelor's degree and MBA
preferred. Typically reports to a senior manager.
The Software Engineering Manager manages
subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of
their jobs. Ensures that project milestones and goals
are met. Has authority for project decisions.
Expected Experience:
Project Manager – 10 to 12 Years
Senior Project Manager - 12 to15 Years

Delivery Head directs and oversees the software


engineering function in releasing and maintaining
software applications according to business needs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals
are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Typically reports to a AVP. Extensive knowledge
of department processes. Being in the position, it
requires a bachelor's degree and MBA preferred.
PMP and ITIL certification is must.
Expected Experience:
Grade-4 Delivery Head – 15 to 18 Years Delivery Head

Establishes policies and procedures that produce


high-quality software product and service. Being in
the position, it requires a bachelor's degree and
MBA preferred. Typically reports to Vice President
and top management. You manages a departmental
sub-function within a broader departmental
function. Creates functional strategies and specific
objectives for the sub-function and develops
budgets/policies/procedures to support the
functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the
managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the
overall departmental function. Work towards
revenue generation strategy.
Expected Experience:
Associate Vice President – 18 to 20 Years
Grade-5 Vice President - 20 + Years Associate Vice President, Vice President
Grade-6 CTO
Lead the strategy for technology platforms,
partnerships and external relationships. Represent
the technological agenda in staff meetings and
when making hiring decisions. Identify, compare,
select and implement technology solutions to meet
current and future needs. Create overall technology
standards and practices and ensure adherence
Consolidate the technology platforms and create
plans to Track, analyse and monitor technology
performance metrics. Keep abreast of new trends
and best practices in the technology landscape.
Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation
and creativity. Work closely with Marketing,
Business Units to build strategy and deliver new
products. Being in the position, it requires a
bachelor's degree from Tier-I (IIT/NIT/VIT)
college.
Expected Experience: 20+ Years

Creating, communicating, and implementing the

Leading the development and implementation of
the overall organization's strategy
Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate,
from a Board of Directors
Formulating and implementing the strategic plan
that guides the direction of the business or
organization. Overseeing the complete operation of
an organization in accordance with the direction
established in the strategic plans. Evaluating the
the success of the organization in reaching its goals
Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the
company under circumstances that will enhance
shareholder value Representing the organization for
civic and professional association responsibilities
and activities in the local community, the state, and
at the national level Participating in industry-related
events or associations that will enhance the CEO's
leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and
the organization's potential. Being in the position, it
requires a bachelor's degree from Tier-I
(IIT/NIT/VIT) college and MBA from
(IIM/ISB/FMS) preferred.
Grade-7 Expected Experience: 24+ Years CEO
