SCOPE OF THE ROLE
Directly reporting to the Head of Data Analytics / Business Insights, the Data & Business Analyst
will be responsible for delivering professional solution that meets explicit and implicit requirements
of a variety of stakeholders within the business transformation initiative. He/She will not only
coordinate and support the deployment plan and monitor the implementation, but also strive for
the best possible usage of the aviable tools company-wide.
He/she will basically be the "translator" between IT experts and Business Users and will be
responsible for providing appropriate solutions that enable data driven decision making.Following
the training of the business units, the Data & Business Analyst will also provide practical coaching in
order to achieve best results.
The mission of this role ultimately is an increased reactivity of the company and an improved
operating system that interacts with all involved functions.
MISSION
 Analyse and understand business needs to design data solutions and transparency that helps
the business to make data driven decisions and subsequent action plans
 Help to develop (with IT) detailed BI specifications and validate them with business
stakeholders
 Manage the company -wide development and testing of BI solutions while acting as an
enabler of sufficient communication between the business users and the IT specialists
 Help and support the implementation of the continues improvement strategy of Wittur in all
areas of the business
 Help create and coordinate the deployment plan for all regions, countries, factories and
functions
 Communicating business stakeholder needs to the BI development team by translating
business requirements into BI module requirements
 Train the organization on the improved tools, solutions and processes –provide ongoing
practical coaching

 Own the deployment of new solutions through training, handover and post – live reviews
while keeping continuous close contact with business users
CANDIDATE PROFILE
This role focuses on both the assurance of quality and a continuous improvement of the current
processes. We are expecting a sharp and energetic professio2222nal with previous experience
working as an enabler between complex and dynamic business needs and the appropriate response
from the IT team. Experience working for a multinational organization is highly desired as well as
previous exposure to Data Driven Business Processes, BI Tools and Data Models (Programming skills
are not required however).
Must Have Nice to Have
 Formal education as a Bachelor of  Ideally Birst skills, alternative PowerBI /

Engineering (possibly higher), Business Tableau / Qlik experience
or equivalent  Ideally Infor knowledge, ideal good SAP
 At least 2 to 5 years work experience know-how
from an international production  Experience in a B2B / Manufacturing
company is highly desired environment
 Experience with BI tools on an  Experience with Modern Workplaces
intermediate level and Tools (Teams, Kanban Boards, ..)
 Understanding of Data Models (Star  Previous exposure to Process
Schemes, Data Vaults, ...) Automation & Robotics is a plus
 Understanding of Data Driven Business  Previous exposure to Data Science is a
Processes plus
 Ability to understand and re-engineer
End-to-End processes and the related
Data Flow
 Very good IT understanding
(programming skills are not required)
