3 AGREEMENT AND DISAGREMENT
Expressions of Agreement(Ungkapan Persetujuan) yaitu suatu ungkapan

yang digunakan untuk menyatakan setuju atau sependapat terhadapat saran,
masukan dan pendapat orang lain.
Expressions of Disagreement (Ungkapan ketidaksetujuan) yaitu suatu
ungkapan yang digunakan untuk menyatakan tidak setuju atau tidak
sependapat dengan saran dan pendapat orang lain.
