    What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?

    - A good and successful team must all be on the same page. Everyone must be
    able to speak up their minds, communicate, and understand everyone’s concerns
    and feedbacks. Every member of the team must have a fair contribution to the
    success of the team, whether it be a small or major contribution, it will be
    honored and counted. Every member of the team must be part of the struggles of
    the team which they will thrive and grind to achieve the goals that had been set.

    - A good and successful team must support each other through the good and the
    bad days. A team must be organized as a whole and have the proper discipline
    that is required to succeed. A team must have a leader who can step up, lead,
    and is willing to be the heart and soul of a team. A team must focus on the goals
    and understand the struggles to achieve the outcomes that they are aspiring for.

    - Every team must be honest with each other and set their differences aside
    because of the brotherhood that would be made as part of a team. Every
    member must be open to all the ideas and opinions being given out. All team
    members must be treated equally, and it must be ensured that nobody is above
    anyone as well as ensuring that nobody’s dignity is being stepped on. For me,
    that is the characteristics of a good and successful team.
