- My common stressors are my personal issues, which include anxiety and insecurity, as well
as my inability to manage my time well.
2. How do you respond to your stress?
- I have a lot of ways to respond to my stress, and those are the following:
1. Accept, and move on. Do better, and live well.
2. I perform simple exercise like stretching or meditation, taking a walk or working out.
3. Listening to music
4. Do my hobbies like drawing, painting, and playing musical instruments.
5. Watching funny videos
6. I release my emotions by talking to a friend
7. Talking to myself in a positive way
8. Pray to God
9. Learn to forgive those who have done something wrong that has caused you stress.

- I am solely skilled at making artwork, singing, and playing guitar. Whenever I am upset,
happy, or furious, I turn my emotions into art, which has shown to be quite effective to me.
Aside from that, I am able to make people happy and even inspire them with my artworks. 
Their priceless smiles and compliments are one of the reasons I never stop making art.
