The target users of the writing guide are the graduate students,
Graduate school’s professors, Educational sectors, English teachers,
and future researchers who can use the output of the study for
academic purposes or as a reference in a study.

mean that there is a pattern to the usage and that a rule can be found

Bautista (2000) in her book “Defining Philippine Standard” were the
