    CERSAI 2.0 DEBTOR BASED SEARCH

    Debtor Based (Public) Search


    CERSAI has launched PUBLIC SEARCH option for general public where any person can search and inspect the
    records maintained by CERSAI on payment of fees prescribed.

    Public Search can be accessed through CERSAI Portal. User will redirect to the following page after entering
    CERSAI URL.

    Click on Debtor Based Search Link available under Public Search on Home Page.

    Debtor Based Search Form will be open.

    User can select the Type of Debtor & Asset category from the drop down menu. Further details will be populated
    as per the option selected by the user.

    Enter all mandatory fields which are marked with asterisk (*) sign. These fields cannot be left blank.

    Enter the required details to search the record from Central Registry system, Enter the Captcha and Click
    on Submit Button.

    Verify entered details and click on Proceed to Pay button after accepting terms and conditions or else
    click “Back” button to change the details.

    User will then be directed to payment gateway in a NEW WINDOW. Select appropriate option of payment and
    continue to payment.

    System will display the matching records along with entered search criteria.

    User is required to select the appropriate matching record and click on Show Details.

    Detailed view will be available for only one selected record.

    User can also download the report by clicking ‘Download Report’ Button.

    In case where no records found in CERSAI system against details entered, then system will show
    message “No Matching Record Found”. User can also download report where no matching records
    Come.

    Debtor Based Search (For Registered Users)


    Registered Users can do Debtor based search Post Login on CERSAI Website.

    Click on Login button on top right-hand side, a window will pop-up where user will enter credential. After
    plugging Digital Signature Class III, user will enter valid credential, captcha and click on Login button.

    After Successful Login Home page appear on the screen

    Click on the Menu button adjacent to CERSAI logo and Open Debtor based Search Page using path Search ->
    Debtor Based

    Debtor Based Search Form will open. Select Type of Debtor & Asset Category from the drop down menu and
    Further details will be populated as per the option selected by the user.

    Enter the required details to search the record from Central Registry system and Click on Submit Button.

    Verify entered details and click on Confirm Submit Button after accepting terms and conditions or else
    click “Back” button to change the entered details.

    System will display the matching records along with entered search criteria.

    User is required to select the appropriate matching record and click on show details.
