About Dryad Nymph Energy Self-Attunement
Dryads, in Greek mythology, are nymphs or nature spirits that
reside in trees and forests, particularly favouring Oak trees.
Dryads are very shy and wary and will rarely show themselves
to humans, they are seldom seen, though sometimes if we are in
a peaceful and centered state of being we may spot one outlined
in the branch of a tree, or her face peeking out from the trunk.
Dryad energy is lively and genuine, they are closely connected to

nature and mother earth. They act as guardians of forests and
all the creatures that reside there. They are at one with nature
and all her ever changing glory and can help you embrace
change and transformation.
Dryad energy is very balancing, they can help us be grounded

down into Mother Earth and feel at one with the world around
it, going with the flow rather than fighting natural change.
Dryads affinity to the might Oak enables them to help you in

times of challenge and stress, to help you stand proud and
weather any storm.
Dryads can help bring back a sense of awe and wonder into our
lives, as we become aware of nature and all her beauty
surrounding us.
When you connect with Dryad energy you open yourself to these
beautiful, feminine energies. The Dryads will help with;
-balance
-grounding
-awareness of nature
-inner strength
-change and transformation
-awe and wonder
To Receive Dryad Nymph Energy Self- Attunement

Make yourself comfortable and do any preparations that you
would normally do for receiving an attunement.
The energies for this self-attunement are already set in the

ethereal realms and come from unlimited source energy.
When you are ready, connect with your higher self and source
energy and then state your intention,
“I (state your name) am now ready to receive Dryad

Nymph Energy self-attunement from Source set by Amanda
Hadley of New Earth Energies, I ask to receive the strongest
possible energies for me.”
The attunement will begin and will take approx. 15-20

minutes.
When you feel that the energies slow down and stop the
attunement is complete and you can slowly open your eyes.
Remember to ground yourself after receiving energies.
Once you have received your self-attunement, it is important to

activate the energies by using them! You can now call in these
energies whenever you wish.
How to Activate
Once you have received your self-attunement from Source,
Dryad Nymph Energy self-attunement is easy to activate. Your
intention is key to activating so you can choose any words that
feel best for you, then place your hands in Gassho, prayer
position and state your intention,
“Dryad Nymph Energy activate now”x3

This will activate the energies and they will run for as long as
needed. You can call on the Dryads to help you with any
problem, just set your intention and allow the energies to flow.
If possible, go somewhere where there are trees and

forests and activate the energies for maximum
effect.
