Part of the ABM’s Finance Team as Management Accountant,


responsibilities include:

FINANCIAL REPORTING:
- Finalizing Accounts
- Working on the ERP, understanding requirements and coordinate with
BIS for developing new reports through ERP
- Ensuring timely recovery of Receivables based on aging analysis
- Monthly reporting on Accounts Receivables and Inventory
- To review all balance sheet accounts on regular basis before
submission of monthly package. All details have to be prepared on
monthly as well as on quarterly basis along with proper investigation
of major variances.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports including but not
limited to Flash Report, Monthly Management Report, Monthly
Financial Package, Latest Forecasts and any other demanded report.
- Arrange kingdom wise reconciliation of banks, Foreign Vendors, local
vendors, Inter-Branch account and coordination with respective
financial controllers for Customer's reconciliation.
- Ensure that all Assets, liabilities, expenses, payroll, income and all
other items are being charged to correct Cost Centers and preparation
of segment Balance sheet and profit and loss account.
- Ensure that Capital and Revenue Expenses are being incurred within
the budgetary limits and in case of variance; proper approval from
OFC has been taken.
HR & PAYROLL:
- Responsible for managing timely and accurate Monthly Payroll
processing
- Ensure that payroll and other staff related liabilities are being

processed correctly and in timely manner. Make sure that all advances
and other staff liabilities are current and properly recorded in the
General Ledger for each subsidiary record.
- Ensure implementation of Group HR Policies and providing solutions to
problems relating to such issues.
AUDIT:
- Responsible for facilitating the audit process by supplying the required
information to auditors; both internal and external
- Ensuring achievement of control objectives and implementation of
remedial plan to overcome the issues highlighted in Audit Report.
TRAINING:
- Ensure that subordinates understand business logic of transactions
being recorded by them, related OFC policy, financial impacts in
various sub systems of MFG and overall performance.
- Training new staff in order to achieve the required results
