My responsibilities include the following: Preparation of financial statements and ensure that appropriate accounting policies have been consistently applied in preparation of financial statements and accounting estimates are based on reasonable and prudent judgment. Preparation of budget, setting monthly and daily sales target for the sales staff, interpreting, evaluating the operating results, establishing internal control procedures to safe-guard the companys assets and oversee the approval and processing of revenue/expenditure, salaries, ledgers, account maintenance and data entry. Responsible for maintenance of Computerize chart of accounts in quick books, and approving and updating thereof. Preparation of purchase orders and managing accounts receivables and payables.
