    Mayor of Municipality of Magarao

    Dear Sir,
    I am Christian Villamer Agustin, a 2nd year student of Central Bicol State of University of
    Agriculture (CBSUA) – Sipocot, taking the course of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology
    – Mechanical Major. I am an irregular student whereas I could not take fully of all the subjects
    because of the conflicts in schedule. Despite of being an irregular student, I am confident that I
    could finish my course with the knowledge I have, yet I have some difficulties with the financial,
    since the pandemic starts. With this Educational Assistance from the municipality, it could help
    me pursue my course and submit my subject requirements on time. Together with this letter
    are my grades from the last school year semester and my certificate of enrollment this
    incoming semester.
