    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    from the BIR or caused to be sent by any process of the BIR;

    5. To pay any any duty, fee, penalty, liability and or tax of

    to the attainment of the forgoing purposes.

    of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
