    NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED and by these presents do hereby NAME,
    CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, ________________, of legal age, widow, Filipino and a
    resident of _______, to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place

    1. To represent me before the proper court or quasi-judicial agencies of the


    government and file the appropriate petition/complaint involving the real properties

    559756-R of the Registry of Deeds of Pampanga;

    2. To file an appropriate case, and prosecute it in the proper court or quasi-


    judicial agencies of the government against Milagros Mangio-Jaring, and husband Gil C.
    Jaring, and all persons claiming rights under them and/or possession over the property
    aforementioned;

    3. To enter into amicable settlement or to submit to alternative modes of


    dispute resolution that my attorneys-in-fact may deem proper, or enter into stipulation of
    facts and documents during the pre-trial conference of the case, the preliminary reference
    of issues to a commissioner and other matters as required by the law;

    4. To appear and testify in court on my behalf during pre –trial, trial and at
    all stages of the proceeding, including the filing of appeal or appropriate petition in the
    appellate courts;

    5. To execute and sign documents to attain the above-stated purposes.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorneys-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform every act necessary to be done in whatever premises as fully to all
    intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby confirming and
    ratifying all that my attorneys-in-fact lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
