Essay 1
1. Importance of Movements.

The importance of movement base on the known reason is to help our


body became healthy not just physically, mentally, emotionally,
financially, but also spiritually but if you look at the further view of
movement, movement is not just all about being healthy but a life
time training of survival in this mysterious world.

2. What is posture?

Posture is how you stand physically either in a good or bad stand. It is how
the way you move, if you practice a good posture you are practicing how to
look graceful and attractive, in the human eyes you will look well-
mannered, respected and professional while the bad posture is the opposite.
Proper posture can achieve with or without your knowing, it is how you set
the standard of yourself and how you foresee your future.

3. Why we need to move?

We need to move to sustain our entire needs we are a living creation and for
us to live we need to move to know what is our purpose here in this bumpy
world, the true meaning of our existence will be in a blur if there is no
movement we we’re like breathing but not living.
4. What is aerobic exercise?

Aerobic exercises main purpose is to provide cardiovascular conditioning,


it helps the oxygen intake regulates in our body regulates properly for the
balance distribution of our blood. Aerobic means “with oxygen”, the
amount of oxygen that can make it to the muscles to help them burn fuel
and move, your breathing is in control. Aerobic exercise can be done in
different intensity depends on how hard you are working to achieve your
desired body fitness level.

5. Give 3 examples of aerobic exercises. Explain each.

Swimming- it requires your whole body at work. From head to toe,


swimming has a big help in your breathing for it increase your heart rate
without stressing your body. Swimming makes your heart and lungs strong.
There are various strokes you can use to add variety toy your swimming
workout; breast stroke, backstroke, side stroke, butterfly, and freestyle.

Cycling- it is one of the common exercise now a days. Cycling will help
improve your lower body and achieve your weight loss goals. It is a perfect
exercise for socialization and unwind your mind as you travel to your
desired destination or how far the distance you want to achieve.

Jogging- one of the best get together with your family and friends is
jogging for it defeats your Monday blues. Jogging is one of the fastest way
to achieve fitness or weight loss, if you look at the outside purpose of
jogging it is not all about losing weight but also it helps you fight against
depression, relive your stress, boost your self-esteem and add a standard of
yourself.

Essay 2
Explain the importance of the following:
1. Physical Fitness
Physical fitness is the wholeness of our personality for it affects everything
in our self. Physical fitness not just only making your body physically fit
but all aspect of your life; mentally, physically, emotionally, financially and
of course spiritually. It helps boost your self-esteem and unlock new
discovery of your skills and talents and helps you enhance for your better
future and made you go beyond your comfort zone and become a better
version of yourself.

2. Warm up

Warm up is very important before starting your exercise for it prepares you
heart, lungs and muscle for the more strenuous phase wherein the main
focus of workout. It keep your body limber, mobile and avoid minor or
major injury and stiffness of your muscle. It helps for the better
performance and flexibility of muscle and quicker reaction.

3. Movement

As what I have said in my previous answer to the importance of movement,


movement is not just making your body healthy and well but it is your
ticket of initiative to know how to face the battles of your life and acquire
maturity for you to be strong and not easily be shaken.

4. Skeletal muscle

Skeletal muscle is responsible why everything inside of our body are intact.
It plays a huge role in the way our bodies function, for without skeletal
muscle I can’t imagine what will be our image as human would look like.

5. Exercise

If you are eager and have a determination to achieve a better version of the
whole aspect of yourself exercise has a big contribution for it not just only
giving you a better look physically but it makes you more active and stress
free.

6. Fitness
Fitness is the mirror of who you are as a person for it gives you a better
look not just to other people but also embracing your own flaws, if you are
not fit you are blind to look your imperfections and you will not know how
to make that imperfections of yours your stronghold to achieve your goals.

7. Physical Education

It is our book of acquiring knowledge on how to mold us for without


physical education you will not improve as a person and discover your
talent that you can use for your future success. Your life will be stagnant
and just only contented and not having a dream for upgraded version of
your status in life.

8. Skeletal System

Skeletal system is the frame of our body it holds everything inside and out
of our physical appearance, we are not capable to do anything if we have no
skeletal system and no exact appearance, we will be just like a jelly in short
we will be useless in terms of existence.
