     Management as science showcases the systematic approach on management, like

    research, acceptance of principles, experimentation and observation, the cause and

    effect, and also the testing of the validity or hypothesis. With these systematic approach,

    management as science will then lead its way into predicting the long run on how/where

    the organization should head to further make the organization prosper, the sole problem

    with this can be that management as a science is inaccurate for it deals with people in

    general, within which human factor could never be accurately calculated or predicted.

    Management as an art showcases the knowledge and skills applied to a specific task to

    get the required results, the five characters of art as discussed by the

    reporter was practical knowledge, personal skills, creativity, perfection through practice,

    and goal-oriented. When management is being treated as science, we tend to forget that

    individuals are imperfect, we are at the risk of make mistakes, we obtain skills and

    knowledge from everything we do, we are continuously growing, and this can be the

    human factor that management as science miscalculated that management as art is

    filling. Management as an art tends to mold the attitude, behavior, skills, knowledge of

    every individual towards a standard goal, it didn , 't forget that as soul we tend to be

    imperfect beings, we learn daily, we make mistakes, and through those mistakes we

    learn. Management as a science is an idealistic reckon to how management should

    operate, while management as an art could be a far more realistic see to how we must

    always operate a company. Can we are saying that management is either science or

    art? I feel that management is both science and art, although management as a science

    is an idealistic view, it tends to guide us on where the organization should move towards,

    while management as an art shows us the way to get there. The knowledge provided by

    science can only be put into application is through the assistance of arts, on how we can

    guide the staff towards the goal we desire. Management as a science or as an art could

    never stand alone, management is sort of coin it's two sides, but it could never be

    complete without the opposite. That's why management is both an art and science.
