o Take five easy-to-follow steps to reduce your risk of heart disease.
o Plan daily menus and weekly grocery lists.

Nutrition for Peak Performance


Wednesdays at 4:00 pm
 Increase your energy and performance.
o Eat foods that reduce inflammation and enhance metabolism.

Fitness Challenge
Fridays at 11:00 am
 Compete as a group to compile fitness points and win cash rewards, recognition, and prizes.
o Participate in free yoga and cardio classes.
o Take advantage of the on-site walking and running trails.
