A Conversation Loss

As we age, we deal with many forms of
loss. Dr. Lesley Brodie, a University of
Utah-trained and board certified adult
psychiatrist with The Spicer Family Center, will lead an
important conversation about the many forms of loss and
share methods for coping with loss. Free and Open to the

Memoir-Writing Workshop
11 a.m. 1 p.m. Wednesdays, May 21, June 4,
18 and July 2
Have you always thought, I should write that story down.
Now is the time. With Writer Ellen Perry Berkeley, you can
learn how to get those stories out of your head and down
on paper. "It's a rare bird who doesn't jump right in, in this
workshop, Berkeley says. Start enthusiastically on that
long-postponed project!" Bring a lunch. Beverages
