I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards: The learner demonstrates understanding of key
concepts of quadratic equations, quadratic inequalities, and
rational algebraic equations.
B. Performance Standards: The learner is able to investigate
thoroughly of key concepts of quadratic equations, formulae real-
life problems involving quadratic equations, quadratic inequalities
and rational algebraic equations and solve problems them using a
variety of strategies.
C. Learning Competencies/Objectives
At the end of the lesson students are expected to:
1. identify and represent quadratic function given: table of values,
graphs, equations; M9AL-Ij-1
2. transform the quadratic function in general form y= ax²+bx+c into
standard form (vertex form) y=a(x-h)²+k vice versa. M9AL-Ih-1
