Subject: REVISION OF CONVERSION FORMULA IN RESPECT OF

FOREIGN EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ON THE
ANALOGY OF UK GRADES

The undersigned is directed to refer to the above noted subject matter and to state that the
same was considered by the Equivalence Committee in its 143 rd meeting held on 01-02 October,
2015 at Naran – KPK under item No.26 the following Conversion Formulae to be implemented
on cases will be qualifying after 31st December, 2015:

No. 1 CONVERSION REVISED FORMULAE FOR NUMERIC MARKS

AWARDED BY FOREIGN EXAMINING BODIES IN CASE OF
EXTERNAL EXAMS:

a) 7.5% deduction be made on numeric marks awarded by Foreign

External Examining Bodies all over the world.
IN CASE OF INTERNAL EXAMS :

b) 15% deduction be made on numeric marks awarded by Foreign

Accredited/recognized Internal Examining Institutions/Bodies all
over the world.
