Letter of Intent
My choice to seek admission in the Engineering University is my desire to be a part of the diverse education and research system in Turkey. Turkish Universities
offer the ideal open door for me to pursue my postgraduate studies as my research interests are by this program they are offering. The reason to choose Turkey is
that it is the fastest-growing economies in the world, reflecting its ambitions to compete for international students on the global market. Degrees awarded by Turkish
universities are recognized worldwide and an increasing number of programs are taught in English, especially in engineering. Many of Turkey’s universities have
modern campuses and state-of-the-art facilities. Tuition fees and the cost of living are lower in Turkey than in most European or American countries yet the quality of
education is still high. I am currently working in Military Engineering Service as Junior Engineer. There I learned a lot related to power electronics. I am also enrolled
in a one-year extensive course in Artificial Intelligence. Current progressions in Artificial Intelligence and IOT have transformed the entire world. It has changed how
we have taken a gander at things for hundreds of years. It is one industry that is going to shape our future for quite a long time to come. My enthusiasm for Artificial
Intelligence Alongside Programming Development bloomed during my undergraduate program. It was when IoT devices had started to affect the lives of individuals
in Pakistan. Directly since the start of my undergrad study Electronics is a subject that has captivated me with its capacity of utilizations. The subjects that I have
examined incorporate Electronic Circuits Design, Power Electronics, Digital Logic Design, FPGA, and Micro-Controller based programming. These established the
framework for my enthusiasm to pursue my Masters in this domain at a later stage. I have always found myself to be a person who is socially active and good in
sports and I am looking forward to contributing these same qualities to your university environment. I also represented my Departmental Football Team twice in the
departmental tournament that speaks for my athletic abilities. I'm looking forward to getting this scholarship as I will polish my aptitudes as well as I will have the
chance to learn numerous things more competently, in a worldwide environment. Things like how to collaborate with various types of individuals in a diverse work
environment and how to collaborate with them. I am certain that after getting this opportunity my abilities will be put to ideal use. My long-term goals involve teaching
at a university that is focused on both education and research. I feel that I will be able to make a major contribution to research work in the areas of AI, and I also
hope to make a more general contribution to the academic world as a good teacher.
In this section, it is expected to explain following details: your academic and social experiences relating the field you want to take an education, your reasons for choosing Turkey for study and the importance of your future

in order to evaluate the balance of nodes for receiving information and harvesting energy. Introduction Introduction have general intro of the topic background and
discussion about the problem and its desired solutions like what can be possible solutions to achieve efficiency in nodes Body Body should contain the results
achieved from experimentation and we will discuss system model, performance analysis, and optimization Literature Review We will discuss previous work done
Conclusions In conclusions, we discuss the future work that can be done on this and the drawback of the current solution Bibliography
5- General Structure of the Study (at least 75, maximum 300 words)Write the main headings of the study.)
A new class of power-efficient transceivers adapt the amount of used power to the varying traffic load over a broader load range than state-of-the-art to capitalize
possible energy savings in low load situations. For this, a concerted scaling of the consumed energy in several components by means of dynamic power
management is investigated. One approach “signal level-dependent power supply” is described in more detail in this paper. It represents a power management
solution controlling the power efficiency of power amplifiers, the component with the highest contribution to energy consumption, such that always optimal efficiency
for the respective load situation is achieved. Further new techniques for implementing sleep modes in radio transceivers are addressed, allowing discontinuous
transmission of base stations without unwanted reductions of quality of service for the end-user. Key solutions introduced by this project are evaluated in a mobile
network test plant of a major European operator, which allows their validation as stand-alone features or even in conjunction with other.
6- Academic Contribution of the Study (minimum 75, maximum 300 words) (Explain how this study will contribute to your academic field.)
[1]This algorithm the CKMT is proposed here for reducing the computational cost and to increase the energy efficiency as well as scalability of the sensor networks.
Cluster formation by grouping the sensor nodes into clusters. Clustering can be done to develop an efficient key management technique because clustering helps to
increase the efficiency of energy as well as reducing the transmission time. In cluster-based technique we perform clustering then we elect a CH node that will act as
a coordinator or key manager in the first phase then the maintenance of key is performed in the next phase. The clustering is performed by dividing the nodes in the
network into clusters. The CH node is elected based on the efficient reachability of the node and the maximum distance between all the nodes in the network. The
CH node will have all the information about the interconnected nodes, it will get updated when any changes in the topology, and this information is further passed to
all the nodes in the network. The primary benefit of clustering is that the aggregated information is sent to the Base Station thereby reducing energy consumption. As
mentioned earlier, we made a speculation that CH and the nodes in the environment can able to move from one position to another. [1]A. Feroz Khan and G.
