    2. Letter No CNB/C/GEM/LOA/Vehicle Hiring-2 Date:31.05.2021

    In reference to above, it is brought to your notice that M/s Shri KD travels has been awarded
    the work of “Monthly Basis Cab & Taxi Hiring Services - SUV; FIXED 1600km per month and
    VARIABLE 1000km per month including all TOLL and PARKING CHARGES and all other taxes and
    duties with payment for fixed and variable run as per conditions given in the buyer ad etc” Vide
    Contract No: GEMC-511687780787030’ through GEM Portal.
    In view of above, it was advised vide letter No.2 under reference to provide the vehicle from
    31/05/2021(Start of Contract) to XEN-C-II-CNB and submit the Performance guarantee in favor of
    FA & CAO/Construction/Prayagraj, North Central Railway against the Contract as per Contract
    Document Conditions being attached herewith but you have not turned up or none of your
    representative contacted to this office.
    Hence, it is again instructed to provide the vehicle on priority to XEN C-II CNB otherwise
    necessary action will be taken as per contract conditions.
    The vehicle is urgently required for Inspection of Worksites, so adherence to date must be strictly
    followed.
