Dissertation: “Determination of pesticide residues and environmental pollutants in seawater and marine
sediments from Edku Lake and Mariout Lake.”
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
-Examine and evaluate scientific data and/or pesticide-based studies and all collateral information to
produce written reviews consistent with project-specific statutory deadlines under the Pesticide
Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act

(FIRFA). Prepare reports and decision documents to support regulatory decisions based on science
reviews;
- Write detailed scientific evaluations related to impacts of pesticide usage, which include protocols for
product performance testing and product labeling guidelines;
- Conduct exposure analysis to support the pesticide risk assessment and risk management decisions
under PRIA and FIFRA. Provide recommendations to resolve problems that may have a significant impact
private industries;
- Research, interpret, analyze and apply federal laws and agency regulations which form the regulatory
framework for pesticide usage
