Wheel Numbers
Wheel

Procedure:

pointers point.
3. The players will be given three minutes to find the product.
e. discussion
How do you multiply mixed numbers?
 Rename the mixed numbers as improper fractions.
 Multiplying the numerators to get the numerator of the
product. Multiply the denominators to get the
denominator of the product.
 Reduce the product to lowest terms whenever possible.
Ex:
2 1 x 1 1 = 9 x 4 = 36 or 3
4 3 = 4 x 3 = 12
f. Application
Divide the class into 3 groups.
Group #1

3. 8 ½ x 1 9/10
4. 7 ½ x 1 1/5
5. 4 ¼ x 1 1/5
