    To Whom It May Concern,

    I take pleasure in writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mrs. Julia


    Scarborough. As I continue to work closely with Mrs. Scarborough, as she works toward her
    completion of student teaching, I feel qualified to speak on her behalf.

    Julia is currently a Millersville University student completing her student teaching


    requirements at Price Elementary School under my supervision as her Cooperating Teacher.
    During these past few months I have gained and continue to gain a great deal of pleasure in
    watching her grow and mature into a truly refined educator. I find Julia to be extremely
    dedicated, conscientious, enthusiastic, caring and loyal. In addition, the students not only
    respect her as an educator, but adore her. Julia is extremely adept in finding ways to make the
    students feel important and successful. Julia utilizes a multitude of strategies to address the
    diverse needs of students both virtually and in person. She is simultaneously employing
    engaging and high quality lessons and strategies during a pandemic situation. She is able to
    develop lessons, communicate and deliver learning targets to students in a clear, accurate,
    enthusiastic and consistent manner that produces high student engagement. I find that Julia
    works extremely well with both parents and colleagues.

    In essence, I truly feel that Mrs. Julia Scarborough is ready to transition into the role of a
    classroom teacher. She readily displays the ability, work ethic and most positive attitude to
    become a highly successful teacher. It is my pleasure to give her my recommendation as she
    will be an asset to any staff.
