    CONSTITUTION
    NAME AND AREA OF OPERATION

    The group shall be called GROUP HEXA (G-HEXA) and its area of operation shall be
    LIMURU DIVISION and its environs.

    POSTAL ADDRESS

    Postal address shall be 196 LIMURU unless otherwise.The group shall deem to have
    come inexistence with effect from the day of registration.

    MEETINGS
    Meetings will be held regularly at the last Sunday of every month/Adhoc meetings

    QUORUM
    Meetings shall be convened by 2/3 of registered members.

    AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

    The aim of the group shall be to uplift the economic and social welfare of its
    members,invest and acquire assets within the Republic of Kenya and its
    environs.It shall be non political.

    MEMBERS TO BE ASSISTED

    MEMBERSHIP/ CONTRIBUTION

    _Anybody over the age of 18yrs shall be eligible for membership(subject to the
    approval of the members)upon payment of kshs 11000 non refundable,copy
    of national identification card/varied passport and contact address

    _Every member shall contribute a minimum of kshs 5000 in a period of three


    months intervals.Money shall be deposited in the appropriate Bank by the
    individual member before the next meeting and Bank slip presented at the
    following meeting.Failure to this will attract a fine of kshs 500 for any default
    of the agreed amount.

    _New members subsequently admitted in accordance to these bylaws.

    _A person of either sex shall be eligible for membership.

    _The Group may deny a person membership by giving reasons.

    _The Group funds shall not be withdrawn without the approval of 2/3 majority

    _No limit to Group membership.

    _CONDUCT/DISCIPLINE
    _If any member is found misappropriating group funds,he/she shall pay the
    funds misappropriated and his/her fate be discussed by all members.

    _Commitment to the Group shall be paramount.

    _Group matters shall be confidential failure will lead to expulsion.

    _Every member has freedom of expression provided proper channel are


    followed.

    _Abusive language shall not be entertained.

    _Intoxication shall not be allowed in meetings.

    _Incase of death, next of kin is at liberty to decide whether to continue or


    retire and get the refund back.

    OFFICE BEARER

    CHAIRMAN; The chairman shall preside over all meetings and be responsible
    for all activities including general supervision of the Group.

    SECRETARY;The secretary shall deal with correspondences, reading, writing


    minutes of meetings and keeping of all records .

    TREASURER;The treasurer shall maintain the Groups financial records,collect


    all Group funds and give financial status at all time

    ELECTIONS

    Elections shall be held in two years intervals.In the month of December.Voting


    shall be through acclamation.

    EXPULSION/RESIGNATION

    Any member willing to resign from the Group shall give a notice of NINETY
    days submitting his/her resignation letter to the office.Any member will be
    expelled from the Group by ¾ majority members due to the following reasons;

    _His/her conduct has adversely affected the reputation and dignity of the
    Group.

    _Non payment or late payment of monthly contribution for three consecutive


    times.

    _General indiscipline.

    _Any member who resigns from the Group shall receive all his/her savings less
    expenses after 90 days.

    CONSTITUTION AMMENDMENTS
    The constitution will only be amended by approval of ¾ majority vote
