C Flame Arrestor to have a non-corrosive metal tag wired, indicating size & Tag number
D Vendor to provide material certificate, inspection and testing certificate
E Flanges shall be as per ASME B16.5
F Flame arrester housing shall be gas tight to prevent the escape of vapors.
G The net free area through flame arrester elements shall be at least 1.5 times the cross-sectional area of the arrester inlet.
DETONATION FLAME ARRESTER MAY BE EXPOSED TO INSTANTANEOUS PRESSURE SPIKES IN EXCESS OF 1000 PSIG. ANY INSTRUMENTATION ATTACHED TO THE ARRESTER
H MUST BE CAPABLE OF CONTINUED OPERATION IN THIS ENVIRONMENT
