Objectives of the Program (EXCEPT FOR GE SUBJECTS)

1. To prepare students to undertake task, functions, duties and activities in the operation of hotels, restaurants, travel, government and non-government

agencies in accordance with the competency standards.

2. To produce skilled and manpower needs of tourism industry providers including government and non-government agencies in the local, national and

international environment.

3. To equip students with knowledge and skills who aimed to seek employment and assume entry level jobs in the areas of Food and Beverage, Front Office

and Housekeeping Operations.

Course Title Recreation and Leisure Management
Course Description It provides students the opportunity to become involved directly in managing and planning the world’s biggest people industry-tourism. This concentrates on
course such as history, travel, language, and other cultural aspects. It provides exposure and training of becoming experts in management of the travel, tour, and
hospitality industry and will lead students to a journey toward a senior role in this exciting, diverse, and growing industry.

 A student has to present his/her excuse letter signed by the Guidance Counselor during his/her absence from class.

 No special quiz to all missed quizzes.

 Special long test and major exams and activity is allowed provided presentation of signed excuse letter from the guidance Counselor and Dean.

 Cell phone kept on silent and not to be seen

 Come dressed to impress

 Speak and act professionally at all times

 No Laptops in the Classroom unless it has been permitted by instructor prior to class because of a special circumstance
