Within the next 12 months RRW Delicious Seafoods
Restaurant will become known to be no. 1 in service, to have
the best crew and to serve the best seafood in the city.
We provide fresh seafoods and beverages in a unique
environment with friendly yet un-intrusive service to high
volume of customers through effective team work and
communication.
We acknowledge our customer on arrival and say Thank You
to every customer at least once for choosing RRW restaurant.

Mission:
Our main goal is to be one of the most successful seafood
restaurant outlet in the Philippines starting with one outlet located
at corner Rosary Heights 6 along Sinsuat Avenue, Cotabato City.

RRW Delicious seafood restaurant will strive to be the best


seafood restaurant brand in the local market place. We want our
customers to have the total experience when visiting our
restaurant and Facebook page as they will learn about this
fascinating place. We will have give-away products like t-shirts,
spoon and forks with our official brand attached to it.

Our main focus will be serving high quality delicious seafood at a

Objectives:
1. To establish a presence as a successful seafood restaurant
outlet and gain a market share in Philippines’ seafood
restaurant industry.

2. To make RRW seafood restaurant a destination spot for


commuters, Halal foods and seafood lovers.

3. To expand into a number of outlets by year three and sell


the franchise to neighboring cities such as Gensan, Davao
and Kidapawan City.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 
The RRWe Seafood Restaurant is a 50-100 seat of customers style restaurant that is
owned by business partners Ronard Colanag, Reldelaiza Calatao, Wilden Bandiola and
Ericka Porras. The Seafood Restaurant is to be located at Corner Rosary Heights 6 along
Sinsuat Avenue Cotabato City.
RRWe restaurant sells seafood like crabs, shrimps, shells and fish. The customers can
choose how to cook the food. Our restaurant will be decorated with great settings with
lights, television, free Wi-Fi and relaxing music to make customers feel comfortable. The
restaurant is open everyday from 10am to 8pm.
Seafood Restaurant will be a completely friendly food in Cotabato city. We have
focused on our Halal food. The people from different places will be inspired specially
the Muslim people and other customers. Prices will be affordable with other restaurant in
the area. Our main purpose of seafood restaurant is to become the leading brand
restaurant in the city and to expand into a number of outlets by year three and sell the
franchise to neighboring cities.

Industry Description
This industry analysis will be useful in researching the industry in which the RRWe Seafood
Restaurant will be located specifically in Cotabato City. In addition, this is the Food Service
Industry in which the business minded people can also determine how the company be noticed
or chosen by people and pursue its objectives to run in its industry.
 
Industry Trends
According to city government surveys, Cotabatenos’ spending on “eating out” is continuing to
increase. The growth in spending in the food service sector arises from a number of factors:
Increased the number of malls that offer job for Cotabatenos
Increased the number of Bangsamoro employee and employers residents in the city
Increased convenience-seeking among Cotabatenos who live in progressive hectic city

MARKETING PLAN
 
Product
The RRWe Seafood Restaurant provides foods from main dishes, side dishes, salads
and drinks. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food which the customers can choose
how to cook the food and offers drinks like wine in an affordable price. The food is
prepared to order making sure that all foods are safe. In addition, we have beverages to
be enjoyed by our customers like hot coffee, soft drinks and wine before and after
meals which will allow the customers to relax and spend time in the restaurant.
 
 Price
Even though people from Cotabato City are wealthier they are very much concerned
about the price of the product. But from our research, we found out that for the seafood
product Cotabatenos welcome very well and they don’t bother about the price. We fix
the minimum price of seafood into a P150-300 per order. An affordable price that will
compete to other restaurants menu.

Promotions
The RRWe Seafood Restaurant intends to allocate 15% for the
promotions as a first outlet in Cotabato City. The management
plans to do a massive advertising 2 months before the opening and
it continues after opening. Advertising the new RRWe Seafood
Restaurant to the city of Cotabato through, radio advertisements,
banner and tarpaulin advertising, along the main roads and busy
streets where there are many people, flyer advertising, and
brochure promotions where it is distributed to all mini stores,
hotels and malls where the product of RRWe is specifically stated.
And also in social media apps like Facebook Page where there are
more users who can see the ad.
There will also be giveaway products to the customers who can
reach a minimum amount of orders set by the management.

Place
Cotabato City is surrounded by municipalities like Sultan
Kudarat, Sultan Mastura, Parang, Ampatuan and Datu Odin Sinuat.
The said municipalities are dominated by our Muslim brothers and
sisters who belong to BARMM Region that will surely choose halal
foods and for that reason it is a great privilege to offer them friendly
food.

Target Market
The target market of RRWe Seafood Restaurant can be categorized into 6:
1.”White Collars” office workers from offices like in Bangsamoro or ORG
Compound, colleges, universities and malls are people seeking to have a drink or
food during lunchtime and sometimes want to spend their trainings or seminars in a
restaurant.
2. Parents give more money to their children specially those who are in college to
buy lunch. Naturally, buying seafood is their first choice.
3. Late nighters and weekend parties. These are Christian people drop by and stay
many hours socializing and drinking.
4. Families. These are families who usually wanted a place with big space and tables
that can cater many, as RRWe Seafood Restaurant offers family meals or Platters.
5. Seafood Lovers. These are the people who loves to eat seafood so much. They
usually invites friends and enjoys eating their favorite food with them.
6. Commuters. These are the people who pass Cotabato City. They are not residence
of the city but willing to spend time to go to Grand Mosque, Grotto and malls.

OPERATIONAL PLAN
 
Physical Infrastructure
The RRWe Seafood Restaurant as to be found in a city with different
religion will catch attention of customers. Its unique and relaxing design
will be the first in the city. It has long tables with a flower decorations in
each table to give ambiance of relax to the customers. The restaurant has a
huge wall paint of seafood to give ideas of what the restaurant is all about.
The inside lay out is spacious and clean to have a welcoming atmosphere
with the customers.

As shown in the table, there is a remaining capital of 200,000.00 which will
be automatically allocated as a contingency budget. Salaries and wages are
not yet included because it will be allocated once the operations has started
and the restaurant has generated revenues.

Sourcing
The products of RRWe Seafoods will be delivered weekly by our supplier
from Gensan, Bukana and Kalanganan II Cotabato City through their private
delivery van. The Master Chef of the restaurant will personally receive to
check fresh and high quality of materials.

Manpower Compliment
The RRWe Seafood Restaurant hired permanent employees and accept “on-job-
training” students. Permanent employees should have requirements needed by the
management. On job training students should have school documents/referral to
justify/proof that they are qualified to have OJT. The minimum wage for permanent
employee for is P285.00/day and OJT students will be given certificate of completion
after 6 months of training. The table shows monthly manpower compliment for permanent

Industry Policy
Hiring The owner assess applicants with exemplary requirements passed.
Accepted applicants should be trained within 6 months.

Work Schedules Schedules are prepared by the manager.


Employees who have emergencies or personal matters must contact
directly the owner or manager as soon as possible.

Break Period Breaks and lunch time off are specified by the owner or manager.
Employees have breaks time that generally last from 10 – 20
minutes per four hours worked.

Dress Code All employees are obliged to wear their designated uniforms.
Manager – White polo with Black coat, slacks/skirt, black closed

Chefs – Plain white uniform with hair net and apron

Standard of Conduct

Verbal Warning This is for first and second offense warning.

Dismissal warning with Suspension from work without pay is observed when an
suspension issue/problem arises as being the third offense.

Discharge/Termination This is given to an employee with serious offenses or


repeated offenses as being fourth offense.

Absences 1-2 absences/week without notice: 2nd offense
With notice: 1st offense
3-5 absences/week without notice: 3rd offense
With notice: 2nd offense
6-7 absences/week without notice: 4th offense
With notice: 3rd offense
Please note: All employees are required to have a letter a week before
the days of absence and shall be subject for approval. Failed to do so
will be charged to their salary unless with legal documents to show.

Tardiness All employees must arrived 30 minutes before operation.


3 consecutive tardiness/week will be a 2nd offense. Repeated tardiness
shall be subject for 4th offense.

Resignation Employees planning to resign is requested to inform the office 2 weeks


before resignation.
