1. Customer attrition due to competition in the market


2. Competitors are two national banks who established banks in Pennsville. Our bank is
losing customers to these two banks

II. Objectives

1. To retain already present customers and attract potential new customers


2. To know more about the customer preference regarding bank account & services
3. To determine which services & features customers will be willing to pay in order to
