MCC PANEL:-
424 + 73 KW = 497 KW (1242.5 Amps)
1242.5 Amps: 3000 Watts[Medium voltage starter size 200 Amps: 400 watts]
MCC PANEL FUTURE:-
152 KW = 380 Amps
380 Amps = 1300 watts
VFD’S:-
800 KW x 2 No.s =(38x2) 76kw (heat Dissipation)
76000 watts
LV SWITCH GEAR:-
3000 Kva = 7500 Amps
7500 Amps = 2750 watts[Low voltage breaker 0-40 Amps:10 watts]
TOTAL HEAT OUT PUT
3000 + 1300 + 76000 + 2750 = 83050 Watts
TOTAL POWER CONSUMPTION FOR THE AC UNITS
Total Running Current for 26 TR = 46 A
Total Running Current for 7.8 TR = 13.5 A
FOR 26& 7.8 TR AC, Total Running current = 59.5 A

CONCLUSION
Based on the inputs & room data sheets and data Summary sheet the projected TR will be
calculated. Here we have given a packaged AC Unit of 26 TR and 7.8 TR.The AHU ‘S, will be
11
installed at the ground level. It is proposed to incorporate a primary DX distribution system in
the A/C system design. The Primary system will comprise of a compressor which will circulate
the refrigerant to the indoor unit .Supply of cool air in the area when occupants are present and
no supply of cool air when occupants are not present, this can be controlled by thermostat sensor
which sends the signals to the VAV boxes which controls the supply of air volume into that
space, variation in the air flow is occurred depending upon peak and partial loads, by this process
energy could be saved.
