INTRODUCTION
Annandale Secondary School is a public high school located in the Demerara -Mahaica District.
It is also located between Buxton and Lusignan. The researcher has been attending Annandale
Secondary School for over four years. Concerns for the best school teaching method is what
motivated the researcher to look at the topic. As a student of Annandale Secondary School the
researcher notice that 40 grade 11 students are encountering problem choosing online classes
over face-to-face interaction while some students prefer face-to face interaction rather than
online classes. This made the researcher perturbed and anxious to find out which school
teaching method is best and ways in which the situation can be resolve. The investigation will
take place online at my home from November 2nd ,2020 to November 5th 2020.The researcher
will investigate how many grade 11 students from Annandale Secondary prefer face-to-face
interaction over online classes from each stream and will collect data from each students. The

INTERPRETATION OF DATA
In doing my survey, out of 12 students, 7 are males while the other 5 are females .The
information that was gathered stated that 25 % of the females prefer online classes and
33.33%of the males also prefer online classes while 16.67%of the females prefer face-
to- face interaction and 25 % of the males also prefer face- to- face interaction due to
the pandemic. It was noticed that males are said to be the gender with the highest
percentage of choosing online classes and face- to- face interaction as the best
teaching method while female has the lowest percent of choosing face to face
interaction and online classes as the best teaching method. The reason for this being is
because most of the males lack devices, lack a wireless connection and are afraid of
contracting the covid 19 virus .The females are also said to lack device, lack a wireless
connection and are also afraid of contracting the covid 19 virus .Due to these result it
can be concluded that males in Annandale Secondary School has the highest
percentage overall for choosing which method is best for teaching during the pandemic.
