I. PURPOSE
II. SCOPE
This general order applies to all sworn and non-sworn personnel and those
affiliated with the department in a volunteer capacity.
III. DISCUSSION
The Police Department is the most visible extension of the City of White Bear
Lake municipal government. By nature of the law enforcement profession,
members of the Police Department must be held to a higher standard of
public scrutiny. Police Department personnel are encouraged to always strive
for the highest degree of self discipline. Violations of Rules and Regulations
may result in disciplinary action up to dismissal.
