- HeyWork Ph is hosting a series of job fairs in various schools and LGU’s, attracting
500+ attendees at a time.

 Virtual Job Fairs


- the company provides virtual job fairs by using google meet for qualified jobseekers to
talk one – on – one with recruiters and share their updated resumes.
- during the virtual job fair which work similarly to how webinars are structured, recruiters
and jobseekers meet in virtual space via google meet to conduct the interview.
 Uses Nimbus Cafes as alternative work sites
- the company provide an area to BPO companies during this pandemic where it serves as
an alternative working sites for their employees.
- the facility has provided the laptops/PC’s, internet modem and internet subscription
allowances.
- due to pandemic crisis, health protocols are also observed in the area to ensure the safety
of the employees.

 For employers:
Create a microsite for branding the employer’s company. People are want to work at
companies that they can be proud of and the candidates will consider an employer’s branding
before applying.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) – the best applicant can be identified quickly. NLP

communication with the latest chatbot technology.
For jobseekers:
