FAREWELL WALK
INTRAMURALS 2018
“It’s been the most wonderful journey of my life.” Things may not be the same because to be
your Mr. Intramurals is one of the most unforgettable moments of my existence as a human
being. It was indeed a journey that fulfills my life as a highschool. Highschool life will never be
the same. There were many struggles, sleepless nights, tiring moments, and doubts, but all of
these were worth fulfilling. There were many moments in which I tend to give up but God is
indeed good. He never let His creature in a downfall. Wearing the crown as Mr. Intramurals 2017
surpasses all of aches, questions, and doubts to myself. Before, I was very afraid to do such thing
because I thought that I am not worthy. I was very hesitant to try because I was thinking that I
can never be as good as the others. But, the title made me realized many things. I learned to
appreciate myself, that I am good, that I can be someone, that I can do greater things beyond
what I am thinking. I learned to try and to surpass my abilities and capacities as a human being. I
discovered myself as a potential being. I overcome and exceeded my fears that eventually turn
me out to be a full-blown man. I learned to give my best and not to be limited of my own
abilities and knowledge. I learned to believe on myself. Thank you for this wonderful journey.
Thank you because of this, I learned to be me at my best.
To the whole community of St. Pius X Institute, to our Superintendent, Rev. Fr. Lloyd
Nepomuceno, to our School Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Jimmy Reyes, and to my very supportive and
